All colors fade though. They never stay nice and bright.
You guys are amazing putting this over the table ! Thank you so much ❤
I did this with my dynamic ink using 1 drop of heavy white and the different when working was insane!! It’s instant value without having to go over and over like you would with a light grey wash. But it also blends like grey wash rather than being a bit thicker and harder to blend like opaque greys. It’s been a game changer for me! I can’t wait to get the empire inks when they come back into stock!!
i love this documentary style video. it is very important to know the man behind the art, it give a more humane perspective to it all. and helps out ppl that are starting out like me! :)
he prefers things to back off
Does the silicone also work as well for lip pigmentation?
Great interview! Had a tough day today in my 9th year and I wanted to reconnect with what inspired me to start tattooing. What Jeff said about falling in love with tattooing instead of trying emulate other art forms was great.
Cool episode. I think a lot of Tattooers get frustrated with marketing because they just want to make art. It’s fun to learn about tho
Yea, I think that's right. It's complicated and time consuming, but ultimately necessary depending on how successful you want to be. Definitely important to learn about though.
I couldn’t see much on him.
!!!!!!
I started jiu jitsu about 6 years ago I’m feeling I’m coming up on my purple belt. I also started a tattoo apprenticeship a little over 6 months ago going to be tattooing soon. This is a video I really needed, seriously motivated me thank you. Probably one of the best videos I have ever seen and I’ve been on KZread since the start lol ❤ much love!!!!!!

Amazing I loved this episode, very relatable. Just got my blue belt in December! 🤙
Awsesome!! I haven’t made much progress with Jiu Jitsu since we filmed this but I’m planning to change that. Thanks for watching
Congratulations on the Blue!!!
I like this magnetic inventions like maybe the direct drive bar can have a magnet on the tip or, they use magnets the center the direct drive cam to stay perfectly centered

Great job getting Maynard James Keenan in for the review.
I've used pens for Large needle grouping for shading. I've been using coils for 19 years and tried pens for the last 5 years, I Like the pens for shading large groupings but always, always depend on my coils. Sometimes I worry if my Pen will go out but never ever worry if my coil machines would die out during a session.
I'm actually just getting into the machine building myself. I want to learn more about coils so bad
Ive never really cared about wanting to go do conventions at all but the paradise gathering is definitely that "I have to make that journey one day" events
Thanks for sharing🤘🏻
I wish
I’m gonna try it with my bishop wand liner. Lotsa punch
Looks amazing with this method especially working dark skin by keeping the lines and shades simple.
Maybe your thunder is wore out making it hit as soft as the pen
FANTASTIC listen! Thanks for this one. It was awesome seeing you tattoo at the Memphis show too! I didn't get to introduce myself I got shy last minute 😂
😭😭😭😭 black people are complex from hair to skin 😂
Biggest scammer
Awesome. Chris did an amazing cover up for me last year. Looking forward to getting more work from him!
You need to make 1080p look like 4k is what he's saying right?
Awesome tattoo thanks for sharing 🤙🤙
Nice work, Jake!
Awesome video, just a heads up though - here in Aus, we had an artist have 11 clients come back with such a bad skin infection they have to go on a 5 year round of antibiotics OR have the areas where the greywash was used completely cut out (with a chance that after the 5 year course, they still may need to have skin removed). The reason I'm writing this is because it was a SOLID INK brand bottle of premade greywash. Areas infected were only where he used it and everything else healed fine. Was also a new bottle. Maybe it was a bad batch, but I've had other local artists heavily recommend against the brand. So if you're going to continue using them just be careful homie!
Please on behalf of humanity get a new hat
Looks like those color mixer tools are very useful! I didn't want to buy one for the waste alone but man it just looks so useful I might just make the jump and check them out. Appreciate ya.
Thanks for that kind of advices. Much love from Poland 😎
Thanks for the tip. I've been keeping this in the back of my mind recently when setting up for larger pieces
Terrible, just terrible, poisoning people!
