  Thank you! My crate was gifted to me, and I could not figure out how to undo this thing for "love nor money!" Collapse, disassemble... all the same thing in this circumstance. 👍🤪🙄

  I'm kind of surprised at the comments about how hard this thing is to put together. I didn't experience that at all. I did have to watch the video four times before I realized that the first step is when you pull the first part up it has to lay totally flat on the ground before you can pull it to the stand-up point if that makes sense. It's kind of hard to see some of the stuff as far as what's holding what piece down because it's all black. However, once I figured out that I had to lay that first part flat, it was super simple to put together. It really took no effort. My only issue is that there are no instructions that tell me what to do with the plastic handle in the plastic clips that are in the bag. I'll have to go back through the directions. Maybe I missed it.

  What about the plastic pieces that come in the bag? It looks like two plastic handles and two plastic clips. The directions don't mention what to do with these, or maybe I missed it.

  I needed a top load carrier & hesitated to buy this one because so many reviews said it was so hard to put together. However, there were also a bunch of good reviews, so I decided to try it. The written instructions were not great, so I looked to KZread for help, and, voila! I don't know that it's sturdy enough for both 11 lb. cats at once, but I'm not worried about one at a time!

  Wish I would have seen these comments before I bought this. Both door and back panel are stuck and won’t unfold to assemble. You would think after 10 years this would have been fixed.

  I have an older version of this with only 2 front door locks and they don't have that extra hook. Made it easy for my dog to escape.

  i just bought one under a license for belgium, but it is that product. the feel is good, like it. It is easy install but i think I 'll need the profile to enlarge it up to 91cm. First I am gonna try to adjust it from 84 cm to 91 cm with some wood. Is also good for me and my dog. Cool product. In fact cool products cuz they have a lot of products for pets.

  It looks easy in the video, but the divider is no way to install it. I need to apply 1,000 lb to bend. Especially on the bottom. The divider is too small.

  THANK YOU..from an overwhelmed 72 yr old woman. Your video is PERFECT! the 2 small Clips holding each end panel to the top panel needed to be bent up to get them to releas, but once I did that with one end of the pliers ...IT WAS EASY PEAZY to fold.

  I guess the rolling hinges that hold up the pieces together are designed very specifically to allow for certain types of movement. I never paid much attention to them but I think if I did I would have an easier time overall. Also it’s possible they can get squashed over time and you might be able to tweak them a little bit with a screwdriver carefully. I also think the end panel that has the door is much less rigid and more flexible if you open the door before trying to flex the hooks on and off.

  I don't think disassemble means what you think it means. Disassemble means to take apart. You're not doing that in this video. You're collapsing or folding it. Big difference and misleading title.

  Who gets this pressed over a title for folding a dog crate? It didn’t come disassembled so why would anyone need to do that? The title was fine and the video was helpful. Touch grass.
