Years ago I used serrapeptase to eliminate a pimple I couldn't get rid of. It worked and worked fast. I am now in front of a nose polyp operation. I remembered the serrapeptase and I am going to try it again. Physician heal thyself. I have 1 month before the operation. I will let you know if it worked. Thank you for this upload.

I’m conflicted. I don’t have gallbladder, and now have IBS with occasional Diarrhea. Is this something u would recommend since it’s on ur “take” and “don’t take” list? Or would a bile binder be better.?

Please look up Omeprazole and low functioning gallbladder. It could be part of your gallbladder problem. It was for me. Also look into taking digestive enzymes when you eat instead of taking acid blockers. Take care I hope this helps you.

After Covid infection 2 years ago I developed severe constipation for a YEAR ! ,I was very regular before Covid on a mostly Mediterranean fish diet , no red meat, and went twice a day almost to the minute !!! still on same diet... I tried everything I mean EVERYTHING. nothing worked until I tried Tudca---- MIRACLE !!!, -- I-went the next day and have done so ever since, I take 1000 mg twice a day AFTER meals, and tend to be a bit loose now not at first somethings changed ,so I will try Tudca in-between meals and may cut the dosage.I have a gall bladder. I wouldn't take Ox Bile on principle . Covid is a nasty disease,I am vulnerable due to medication for Arthritis and have regular Covid boosters---- 9 now!--- which has no side effects for me.......but I still caught Covid...... but apart from the constipation was not too bad....I felt well but the chest was flemy and I needed antivirals to clear it......thanks for the advice....would appreciate more...

Thanks doctor. I had my gallbladder removed 30 years ago and the surgeon never once mentioned the long-term issues created by the removal of the gallbladder. He essentially described it as something leftover from our evolution, much like the appendix. However, I’m a bit confused. Another doctor on YT recommends taking the bile salts several hours after eating. His reasoning is that one of the primary functions of bile is to De-acidify the food after it has been broken down by our stomach acid and then moves from the stomach into the intestines. He says the intestinal tract is alkaline and one of biles functions is to neutralize the stomach acid, which are sensitive to stomach acid. His recommendation was to wait about 2 hours after eating and then take the bile salts. Otherwise the bile salts prevent the stomach acid from breaking down the food sufficiently in the stomach. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 😊

My aunt fell from the stairs and had a traumatic brain injury after 2 weeks in the hospital we delivered her to her house where she is spending her recovery. At first, she can still remember things but every day her memory is getting worse right now she can't remember anything. Is it okay for her to take citicoline as a supplement although she's taking prescribed medication for her recovery? Will it still bring back her memory? Thank you very much for responding to my question. More power to you Doc./sir.

I do eat alot of healthy fats like cod liver, egg yolks, a cup of macadamia nuts, avocado, sardines, salmon. I’m 5’3 female and weigh 105 pounds, i’m just trying to gain a little bit of healthy weight so that’s why i’m eating larger amounts of fat daily. Do i need to eat less fat or should i just take ox bile after fatty meals?

Thanks, Dr for the detailed explanation. I recently visited a Rheumatologist and he diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. My life is complicated. I know how it comes. My past is not smooth. I'm a worried person every day. I have got IBS and now fibromyalgia. The symptoms are coming step by step. I had left hip pain to the left and it moved down to my leg, calf, feet, knee joint in both sides of my leg. Now recently got a headache and stomach pain. I'm male. I'm 35. I want to marry and have a baby. I'm worried how I continue with this disorder with a new person that will live me together.

great video!! How do you feel about providers using DHEA solely in a post menopausal woman to "try " to boost their Estradiol levels? I assume it can by boosting the test and then that spins off into (maybe) some estrogens.. but I would imagine it would not be to a therapeutic level that is needed to actually be heart/brain/bone protective? I imagine if this was such a great way to do Estradiol replacement that BHRT wouldnt even really need to be a thing?... except of course for the addition of the progesterone. TIA!!!!
