@@mirnaramos3170 Yes. They are less common but several communities offer one story plans. How many bedrooms are you looking for?
I like my kitchen to be separated from the rest of the house. Open floor plans are not for me.
@@mirnaramos3170 we are noticing that several builders are offering separate kitchen areas.
Beautiful town home and great price/size for an end unit. The two niches in the main bathroom, wow.. (you really don't see that in most town homes). Recently was in that area and it's a doable walk in the heat and the rain of NC to downtown Wendell :). Love that you do the "measurements" of the homes, it give a great idea of how large they are and the video of the room is great. Thank you both for these videos in the homes. Great job.

I'll pass on both Thanks...& I know quite a lot about them both. From an outdoor perspective I'd go w/Vegas.
I love Las Vegas. I have visited over 60 times 😁. Not sure I would want to live there. I’d never get any work done.
I don’t think you should’ve lumped cost of living in with job market. It should’ve been it’s own category. If you’re a retiree you don’t care about the job market, but cost of living is very important. And Nevada not having state taxes probably gives the edge to Las Vegas in this category.
That was quite a big category.
What about those towns maybe just one step further out with flex zoning for things like land for a tiny home or small cabin or cottage? (As a primary stand alone dwelling). Do you know much about that or who I can talk to about it? There is “affordable” and then there is affordable affordable. Lol. I guess I’m looking for semi rural, flex zoning and don’t mind 45 minutes or so out. Prefer decent proximity also to Wake Forest and Raleigh. (45 minutes or so). Or Youngsville or anywhere in between all of those. And I wonder also what the deal is with Lake Royale/Bunn/Louisburg area, which I’ve been hearing a lot about lately and would say by now I’m most interested in. (As I don’t want a traditional size home. I want to live small on purpose (300-900 sq ft) and not on any rental lot. Also don’t care too much about a lot of amenities. Long comment I know. Just trying to figure out where to start. Lol.

I am loving my new home in the Anderson Farm Subdivision in Wendell. I was looking for a pool community with other amenities, and Anderson Farm was exactly what I was looking for. It's convenient to Raleigh, Knightdale, and Zebulon. I did not want to move as far as Zebulon because I work in downtown Raleigh.
