  Dr. KIBBE, READ Jousha 1:3 , Walk without shoes on the land and pray. Ask God to give you the land, then walk away with a hand full or pocket full of soil. Put the soil/dirt of the land in a bag and take it with you.

  High blood pressure is a silent killer and hypertension is an addiction indication of your cardiac function , thanks educate educate educate that’s why people drop dead. Diabetes can lead to kidney failure, blindness and diabetic ulcers if not managed there’s a new medication ozempic that is changing the game in managing diabetes once a week shot , I don’t know if it is available in Kenya but the oral meds or insulin plus lifestyle changes esp for type 2 can help in managing and preventing the above .
