This song has so much emotion in it. I did drive with the brakes on. Did not realise it till it was to late.

A great band and a great song. I saw them at the Lyceum a couple of years ago. The lady sitting behind me wept copiously throughout Driving With The Brakes On. What emotion. That's what Del Amitri has always been able to do - capture the human condition in four minutes.
