Listen iv drank the night before and blew the next day. Don't contact a attorney and pay buck loads of money. And if u blow dirty like if u drank the night before and u fail just don't blow again. Just like this dumb lawyer said just not that accurate. Just never blow a 2nd time and never admit to nothing and I mean nothing. But if u are on probation and have a judge still never admit

I'm not purchasing my rights back. That's basically what I just heard. The founding fathers clearly wrote that the rights in the Constitution were God given rights, not rights created and given by man. "I'd rather be judged by 12, than carried by 6"

After being CHARGED with a felony? NO..at least not until you're either acquitted altogether, or the charges are dismissed, or they're pled down to a misdemeanor that isn't Domestic Violence or similar misdemeanors that preclude gun ownership under Federal Law and virtually any state's laws. However, expect that if your firearms aren't sold off before your case is settled, or the corrupt cops don't simply "lose" them, that they'll play all sorts of bureaucratic games to prevent you from reclaiming your property. Especially if it's a matter where they claim "Civil Asset Forfeiture", which can mean, NO, like ANY property you had on you when charged, like cash, jewelry, precious metals, automobiles, they can and probably will allege they're the fruit of "illicit" activity and seize them ANYWAY. Due process...what's THAT?

But didn't give my gun rights back. So been years sure would like my gun rights back. Defend myself and family. No trouble since these things that happened in the 90's. State: Alabama. Let me know.

@@davidallen4020 this might come as a surprise but turns out three letter agencies I'm not particularly fond are people getting their rights restored and there must be some sort of chemical reaction that makes them work a lot slower and forget to put the paperwork on file even though the court mandates it the judge doesn't actually file the paperwork the clerks do and then that goes to the three letter agencies that puts it in their computer that's right where the brick wall is in those three letter agencies then make a host of demands that of course make it impossible for you to meet their needs for them to file the paperwork

I yelled at my X on the phone and got a misdemeanor DV charge. How that is considered violent I don't know? It was a rail road job. I had a public pretender. I was just 1 of 200 cases he had that week. He familiarized himself in 3 minutes before we got in front of the judge. They just process people like cattle. There is no justice. It's just a system. My phone call was heated and rude, not violent. Anyway, no guns for me. I haven't even talked to the woman in 15 years. Still no gun rights.

If it is important to you to be able to vote, why don't you get an attorney. I'd say it is a two-step process. An expungement prolly does not automatically lead to a restoration of your voting rights. They may have to be applied for thru a different process.

First. Don’t drink and drive. That solves allot of problems right there. Second never submit to an FST. Ever. Sober or not.

Yes you’re right about don’t drink and drive, but if that drink was ONLY one and you had it with your lunch FIVE hours ago, I hardly called that intoxicated. This happened to me when I was pulled over and the officer asked if I’ve been drinking because he “smelled” alcohol from my breath. I did the sobriety test on all three mentioned, which isn’t easy when you’re nervous, even when sober. Luckily, they decided to forgo the breathalyzer test and let me go.

There's no point of getting an interlock then they are designed to get you to fail for the slightest alcohol 0.02 in Washington. If you violate it's counted as a gross misdemeanor even if your below 0.08

In North Carolina, an expungement is when a judge orders a record sealed so the public cannot see it. The purpose of the expungement is to seal a record as if the charge or conviction had never occurred. While the SBI and prosecutors (for example) can see your record, the public generally cannot.

you mean your queue of recommended videos?? Beats me. I wonder that about my own recommendations. The only explanation that makes any sense to me is that I've been watching a lot of Steve Lehto's video about people getting arrested after renting cars from Hertz.' The question being debated was do they have a record if the charges turn out to be bogus. i said yes, the arrest record stands, regardless of the disposition of the charge.
