  @@swatsullivan We will try to as long as it doesn't interfere too much with our hike. If we do upload, it will probably be unedited. Eventually, I'm sure, everything will make it's way here

  Backstory: On April 9 my wallet was stolen out of our hotel room. The next day Cinderella's pain killers for her pulled tooth were stolen from the same room. The owner of the hotel (also the town's Mayor) felt that we were accusing him of stealing from us and called the police. We never found out who stole from us.

  Quick backstory. No Toes (guy getting kicked out) got really high on something the night before. Around 11 PM he started yelling about his sleeping pad being stolen. He came into the shelter with a flashlight and a knife and told everyone that if he found the MFer who stole his pad he'd kill them. Later he found it in his tent. He terrified dozens of hikers and Finn was telling him to move on.

  Yeah I was there the night that happened, although as I remember it, it was his container of pills he had lost and was accusing people of stealing. At one point he started counting down from 10 and said he was going to start chopping fingers off if no one owned up. Eventually some other hikers come in late and as they were setting up their pads they found his pill container. Good on Finn for standing to him the next day. I was pretty keen to get out of there after that so headed straight into a snowstorm in the Smokies! (Kiwi 2015)

  +matanuska high He did leave in the end. There were quite a few people who were upset with him so he didn't have much of a choice

  The guy that got punched was telling the other guy that he couldn't stay at the shelter because he had been violent the night before

  +Erik on the AT omg i was in that shelter watching them argue when that happened! their names were maybe Flynn and No Toes or No Shoes or something like that. I don't remember you though. That was the talk of the trail for a few weeks. Congrats on finishing
