@mazdausa need your help my 2023 mx5 have 1st transmission failed at 3k miles, dealership replaced it within a week. 2nd transmission failed at 6k dealer stated replacement is back order for 2 months. Who can I contact to understand what went wrong? I have tried both service tech, and mazda customer help and came up empty. 2 months for replacement means my summer driving is done, how can the replacement get expedited? Is this qualifies for CA lemon law ?
