Dallas was an engineering town back in the 1950s and 1960s. Some very important inventions and patents created wealth and jobs. That is why there are 8.1 million people in DFW now.

Docutel patented the ATM in 1969 in Irving.

O sure let me get a home in a suburb housing development were neighbors are 2 ft away on both sides n the houses are all identical for 800k but its gotta be financed for 30-60 years were you pay 1800$ a month but only 83$ is going towards your principal so youll never have it paid off. Meanwhile the cost of living keeps going up but your still making barely 30k a year framing the pos houses your selling on youtube shorts! Frig off lady n shame on you for trying to make a quick buck. Build your own house out in the country away from idiots who only wish to control n own you

If its a hidden gem why tell everyone about it? They did that to our town before we didn't have traffic jams or miles of traffic. Now we have miles of traffic and higher property taxes. Still don't see the benefit.
