  OK, from where I’m hearing, I’m not hearing the same thing that everybody who’s leaving comments is hearing. Does he have the soul to sing, Michael, yes, he does. Does he have the skill and the talent to sing just as good as Michael, yes, he does. Did he bring any of that stuff to this performance, no, he did not. he has so much talent and so much soul in him, but I really just can’t get with these songs that he’s redoing, this song was way too fast, and he needed to smooth out parts and kind of wool the audience in a way. Rock with you is such a iconic Michael song, that you can’t just do whatever you feel like doing. This is one of those songs that need to be sung not better closest to the original as you can possibly get. Because there was no improving on the original. I’m just saying that he could bring so much more to his performances if he’s willing to stretch out these dynamics, a little bit more go softer when you need to, stay out of falsetto when he needs to use capacity of chess voice voice and head voice. If he doesn’t do that, then he’s always gonna fall short. This performance was OK, but it fell short.

  He was done a real disservice here. The song isn't really too fast though, MJ has performed it at various speeds over the years. The problem is the mix, he's too loud and choosing a song which everyone knows is harmony heavy to perform entirely by yourself is very, very difficult. You've lost before you even begin because everyone hears the harmonies in their own head Brilliant performance as always, nonetheless 😊🇬🇧
