  Back in the day Vettel wanted to buy my boss his Ferrari 250 California. My boss was asked to drive around the track at Spa with Vettel alongside in the driver's parade in advance of the GP. Vettel signed the car's middle console that day, the console was previously signed by Massa and Alonso during their Ferrari days too. On that day he bid a 45million dollars for the car but my boss didn't want to sell it because it was his most precious car of his collection, the car is in perfect condition and has nearly no mileage (the only mileage it has is from some oldtimer rallys / parades). Nowadays my boss is in his 70's and is also ill, if this day would have been today he probably would have sold the car because he isn't able to drive most of his cars anymore due to back issues and other issues. My boss always said Vettel was the most friendly guy out of the 3 drivers he had in the parade and also the biggest car guy out of the 3. He knew exactly what car the 250 cali was, what engine it has, how many of them were made, how rare it is, etc.. he told my boss he had been searching for one in good condition for years.😊
