15 and riding the latest board designs. At 15 I was riding the classic early 70 single fin, wide point right up front and a long narrow tail. These boards were so slow and hard to turn.

I thought about how Chicago based bankers would be familiar with the garnishment system, especially bankers that used to make a lot of money on sub prime mtgs. Even those bankers the now invest in start ups because sub prime mtg lending is now officially illegal as opposed to only being immoral and unethical like always was. Maybe a former Department of Administration employee might be familiar with the garnishment payment system, like Sam. or how former corporate council that now works for Zen Desk would be familiar with the garnishment system like Chris, because CCAP is powered by Zen Desk. And/or how guardian ad litem might have good relationships with some bankruptcy attorneys, such good relationships that it has formed a ring of crime, that relationship having developed for use either after the guardian ad litem robs the parents of allegedly abused children, little old ladies, or the ill people, and after the guardian ad litem cause their bankruptcy, so then calls the innocent person spend thrifts and takes more and more of their money... you know like the existing ring of criminals very clearly does. I thought about how indirect bribery could be a thing, they could have bribed a staff attorney, or a clerk, or all of the above. In truth they murdered me when they filled the house with bugs and poison, and paying so I can't survive their attack nor get my money back from their thefts is just putting dirt on my grave. Contract killers or burial workers... same same.. Jeremy and Sam had money to protect, money they were stealing from me with a fraud.
Say, if this court ring works for the mafia on a regular basis, I guess that would explain Seattle's Chinese fentanyl crisis, I mean twice the corruption passes through Hong Kong.
In Madison Wisconsin these courts are located within walking distance of each other, and the people are shared between. For example, the clerk at the Western District of Wisconsin from 2003-2008 was Theresa M. Owens. Theresa later became the State of Wisconsin State Court District 5 Administrator with office in the Dane County circuit court next to the state court Judge Peter C. Anderson. Former Judge Peter C. Anderson was also paid for his family court orders that hurt me and my child. While I have not yet been able to say beyond a reasonable doubt, the judge took a bribe, I can say the process as a whole according to the preponderance of the evidence appears to have been corrupted. Specifically, the opinion, currently up for R. 60 void and R. 59(e) reconsideration, that private parties that pay for corruption, overlooked Adickes v S.H. Kress and Co., 398 U.S. 144 (1970), (holding: “The involvement of [state employees], whether or not his actions were lawful or authorized in the alleged conspiracy would plainly provide the state action needed to show a direct violation of petitioners’ 14th amendment rights entitling her to relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and private persons involved in such a conspiracy are acting “under color” of law and can be liable under § 1983. Pp. 150-152.”); and United States v. Price, 383 U.S. 787, 794 (1966); Gravel v. United States, 408 U.S. 606, distinguished; Dennis v. Sparks, 449 U.S. 24 (1980). The evidence of payment in the federal court is derived from a series of related actions both re-opened and newly opened by Branch 17 Court Clerk concurrent with the Dane County Court proceedings, most of which include Tegria Services Group-US, Inc. (FKA BlueTree Network) as garnishee. It should be noted that various other discrepancies exist in these files too numerous to state here. The interplay between these actions an our family law case are indicative of the use of the electronic filing system as a modality to facilitate corruption of legal processes. The court files and garnishment actions with Tegria Services Group-US, Inc. (FKA BlueTree Network) are communication between private parties, attorneys, and the court to plan the corruption. The cases use the judicial language of innuendo, but the actual meaning isn’t impossible to understand. In RICARDO CHERY, et al., v. TEGRIA HOLDINGS LLC, 23-CV-00612-MLP, the name of the plaintiff’s indicate something on the side - a garnish, a ‘Cherry.’ The similarity in the last name of the Judge as ‘Peterson’ is reason to suspect there is a link. Even the co-plaintiff Marcus is hauntingly reminiscent of the state court’s first action Voluntary Amortization of Debts of Jasmine Anderson, 2017CV002791, Nov. 13, 2017., filed by Attorney Mark Anthony Gauthier. A simple internet search of each plaintiff's name results in things like disorderly conduct, drunk driving, an arrest record for possession, courier service companies, along with linked-in pages purporting EPIC experience. The plaintiff’s affidavits are e-signed but have no receipt or mark of e-sign authorization and contain typos. They appear fraudulent in this regard. The claim itself is odd, the dates of employment are strange in that the employees purporting to work from the holding company in years in which this holding company didn’t even exist. RICARDO CHERY, et al., v. TEGRIA HOLDINGS LLC, 23-CV-00612-MLP was filed by Lichten & Liss-Riordan, P.C.. The Labor, Employment & Class Action Specialists. 729 Boylston Street, Suite 2000. Boston, Massachusetts 02116., and Michael C. Subit, however this Boston based firm’s office building has online listings that offer the 5th floor or they occupy as available for rent. The Washington firm of Frank Freed Subit & Thomas LLP, 705 2nd Ave, Ste 1200, Seattle, WA 98104, 206-682-6711, is adjacent to Cherry Street, and Ricardo is the name of the Washington District Courts former Chief. Michael C. Subit, Frank Freed Subit & Thomas LLP, name is notable for its subtle allusion to free franks, passes, and privileges. Just like a gang of contract killers.

Shortly after the entry of Order Dismissing Joint Petitioner [mother]’s Orders to Show Cause and Other Motions and Holding Joint Petitioner [father]’s Fee Request In Abeyance, Cir. Ct. R. 220. June 11, 2018, the Branch 17 Court Clerk filed a garnishment action DNF Associates, LLC vs. Jasmine Anderson, 2018SC009926, with a judgement of the amount $3,058.08 fees of $312.50, and on Oct. 15, 2020 issued to BlueTree Network an irregular garnishment notice amount of $4,022.85. The filing DNF Associates, LLC vs. Jasmine Anderson served as demand for payment towards corruption. The entry of Order Dismissing Joint Petitioner [mother]’s Orders to Show Cause and Other Motion, Cir. Ct. R. 220, June 11, 2017, took an unusually long time to have entered despite Judge Peter C. Anderson giving the father's attorney full control and discretion to write the judgment which Judge Anderson would enter regardless of any objection, having warned [the mother] er not to take any further action for one year. See Transcript 04-18-18 Motion Hearing, Cir. Ct. R. 218, May 18, 2017. On Dec. 21, 2018, Branch 17 Court Clerk entered Capitol Auto Credit, Inc. vs. Mikalah L Seay 2018SC009924, notably there is no filing attorney listed, the action seeks a payment of a $10,000.00 judgment and fees of $217.54, from corporate garnishee. This is evidence of a payment of $10,000 for the judgment reached on April 18, 2018 or for the efforts which were ongoing at the time to create illusion for the eventual custody and placement corruption. Those efforts were things like stalking, hacking, medical records misuse, poisoning, and plagues of bugs. This practice as a pattern and is evidence of corruption is compounded by the additional evidence of corruption which exists in the record documents generated after the mother sought relief from the non-final results of April 18, 2018 in March of 2019. [The mother]’s April filing was followed by the adverse parties filing of documents which are evidence that the defendants and the corporate entity knew the date and time of a hearing though it had not been set by the court. (Dkt. 48 - Ex. 11); Affidavit of Gurman in Support of Motion to Dismiss Contempt Action Filed April 19,2019, Cir. Ct. R. 231, May 15, 2019. (DKT. 48 - Ex. 1); Motion to Dismiss Request Filed March 29, 2019 for a New Order Resulting from April 18, 2018, Cir. Ct. R. 232, May 15, 2019. (Dkt. 48 - Ex. 8); Affidavit of Father in Support of Motion to Dismiss Request Filed March 29, 2019, Cir. Ct. R. 233, May 15, 2019. (Dkt. 48 - Ex. 2). However, the date and time of the hearing was not issued until May 21, 2019, nor was it exchanged until May 21, 2019, well after the documents from May 15, 2019 were exchanged. See Notice of Hearing, Cir. Ct. R. 234, May 21, 2019. (Dkt. 48 - Ex. 10). The only way the private party defendants and the state based corporate parties could have known the date and time of the hearing would be through inappropriate discussion with the court employees, inappropriately, a clear act of conspiring, which makes the veracity of the alleged conspiracy to violate civil rights in the corrupt legal proceedings undoubtable. An investor, hereinafter refereed to as Sam, had followed the mother into the court house, literally entering the courthouse doors immediately after the mother. This government employee and an investor was greeted by the courthouse security like a king. A similar event of separate file creation to communicate corrupt intentions occurs in filing of case UW Health Phys vs. Megan Christine Guillen, 2019SC005075, July 24, 2019., which followed by the hand delivery of Jt. Pet. Husb.’s Br. July 25, 2019, Cir. Ct. R. 267, July 25, 2019. These interactions are evidence of a request for payment and delivery of payment. A hearing was held on July 31, 2019, at that hearing it was claimed he were unable to pay the proceeds owed to her because the child’s dentist bill and therapy bill had not been determined in court, stating, “[u]nfortunately, we are unable to determine the amount due and owing unless you address the prior issues, which are the attorney fees and requests and the amount owed for the child’s counselor and dentist.” July 31, 2019 Hearing Transcript, Cir. Ct. R.423 page 2-3. The judge accepted this because it was part of their plan. Further hearing of the matters was delayed. The judge explained his reason for the delay on page 34 of the transcript, which was - because there was no opportunity for profit. July 31, 2019 Hearing Transcript, Cir. Ct. R. 423 page 34:18. This was the most absurd tactical use of money and leverage that could be possibly imagined because the bills were for a few hundred dollars. At his hearing Shane Falk was appointed and Judge Peter C. Anderson warned forebodingly not to bring up securities fraud. Then using UW Health Phys vs. Megan Christine Guillen, 2019SC005075 two garnishment notices were issued to [the corporation], one on Aug. 29, 2019 for $2,303.69, following the warrantless emergency removal of the child from the home with his mother on Aug. 26, 2019 and the other on Dec. 20, 2019 for §1480.43 following Judge Peter C. Anderson’s court sanctioned violations of the contractual agreement on Nov. 5, 2019. Notice of Appeal was filed on Dec. 18, 2019, then Peter C. Anderson suddenly changed his order and found “that [Dane County Court] has the inherent authority to continue its order directing [his appointee] to hold the remaining funds ($678,897.17) in trust until it has had an opportunity to speak further with [the mother].” Cir Ct. R. 384. Dec. 19, 2019. This particular example of one of many instances, all too numerous to be discounted as mere coincidence is part of a clear practice of Branch 17 Court Clerk while employed at the Dane County Courthouse. The extensive use of this practice is evident in the chart of cases which shows extensive use across county clerks offices, thus the practice is reasonably considered a custom. kick kick kick
