I love your little finger pointer. Great information.
Very useful ❤️
nice, i like it!!
I have purchsed 2 gold and 2 bronze. They worked for the first time and then after that the paint wouldnt flow to the nib. Its like after the first use the nib becomes dry and hard and cannot absorb any more paint. These are like 10 bucks Australian, it would be great if the company addressed why this is happening. Followed the intructions to the letter and it still happens.
Whats breaking in a pen and how do i do it
Hell
Your paintings are beautiful ❤ I love the colors in this palette and want to pick up this for myself!
Would you recommend storing them upside down in a vat of acid
It doesnt look very black
Thanks for these tips, stoked to test out my pens!

That first “y” is the ugliest “y” I’ve ever seen in calligraphy (not talking about your skill)
Not a great value- expensive pen that won't put down ink, a waste of my time and paper to "revive" it, and I have yet to be able to use a single pen until it is empty. I avoid this product.
I have to agree with the complaints of others. Why charge so much for pens that require this "reviving" process on a regular basis? Why not just make a quality product in the first place?????
What are the name of these technique please??? 🤔
You must have a better option for getting these pens to work. They cost a lot of money!!!! I have several pens that have quit. Who has time for this process?
Still wonderful, this content after 13 years posted. Wow. Thank you.
Hi Joanne. Please could you tell me where I can download or buy the italic calligraphy alphabet uppercase and lowercase lettering guides that you do in your videos. Thank you
Hi. Does anyone know where I can download the italic calligraphy alphabet that Joanne does? I don't mind if I have to pay for it, I've looked on Etsy and for some reason there are different types of italic calligraphy alphabet. Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi Joanne. Where can I download the italic Calligraphy alphabet uppercase and lowercase?
Do you sell replacement nibs? I love your pens but i keep having to buy new 003 and 01 pens after 2 weeks of drawing with them because the nibs seem to dissappear. Im not pressing hard and im drawing on a gloss paper.
I just bought one and only used it 5-6 times and it quit writing. I tried this to no avail. It’s not even 2 weeks old. Will look for another brand.
How do I download the sheets please Joanne
Found it, Pigma Micron, what size do I need please? Thank you
I am just watching you're video and you show how to do the Roman alphabet, I really like that do you do a video on that alphabet
Hi. I couldn't quite understand the name of the pen you recommended the beige coloured one it sounded like Pigmiker. Please could you tell me what it is called
Can you talk a bit slower please? It gives me a headache so fast ... thank you.
Not my art teacher making me watch this
How long does it take you to destroy the tip. I feel like I'm drawing to heavy and the tip is almost gone.
your instructions are excellent! i really have only one suggestion : please turn the background music down. you have a very musical voice anyway!
Nevermind. I understand. Neat video. Thank you. 🙏
Right after you finish with the "swash" on the letter "E," you say, "That's where the alphabet gets it's name." Please explain.
Thank so much this is so helpful, What is the name of the 2 last techniques?
This is AMAZING!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JANET! what a gift. I have been pulling my hair out trying to learn blacklettering from resources online but I found this video series and it's been a massive help. Thank you thank you thank you
Wow. I love this. Thank you. X
Hands down my absolute favorite mechanical pencil! I recommend it (or supply it) to all my students when teaching nature journaling, urban sketching, or botanical and scientific illustration classes. Been using it for years! It does not clog with broken lead or micro particles, and the foam eraser is gentle on even the finest cotton paper! Can’t say enough…and there’s so much more to say too!
I love the 003 for stippling. And I sometimes swap a 003 nib from a black micron into the grey toned microns because they dont offer the greys in 003......yet? (The greys are amazing for background/depth.) The only problem I have with the 003 is that they do get plugged/damaged easily. Usually before the ink runs out. No matter how gentle I am or how smooth the paper, I'm constantly dipping them in rubbing alcohol, blowing the other end of the nib to push out the clog, (and sometimes accidentally creating a airlock so it won't refill with ink again. Ugh), or trying to unclog with a pin, which inevitably, if badly blocked changes the line width. So I really wish that they would sell extra replacement nibs! Because I still really love my 003 microns!
Thank you for your tutorial
if anyone knows of another competing brand that actually works, please share the knowledge!
I buy one of these every few years. works well for an hour or so...then becomes a frustrating mess that spills globs of paint and does not work at all. Eventually throw it away and vow to never buy another. Why can't the company describe how to use these beyond the first half hour? We would probablly buy a lot more if the performance was even slightloy adequate. another frustrating mess, another few years I will not buy one. Too bad the company refuses to describe how to use it!
To stop your ink bleeding, use better paper, stop handling the paper as the sweat from your fingers will cause bleeding and gaps in your work, and prepare your writing surface by using pounce powder. Also, put something [blotting paper] under the hand supporting the work to keep the artwork clean.
the fact that the packaging for these look exactly like the black ones should be illegal
From where we download these sheets could you guide me
