«Immortal Bach» er et korverk komponert av Knut Nystedt. Koret er plassert rundt i kirkerommet og synger det samme kun med små tidsmessige forskyvninger som skaper denne spennende klangen (dissonans), før den til slutt ender i fullstendig harmoni med en "indre ro". Vakrere blir det ikke.

Der Ros ist nicht die Rose - also warum dieser Apostroph? Es ist ein Reis - also ein Trieb - entsprungen, nicht eine Rose.

Phenomenal performance! Such a mesmerizing piece, and even more so when paired with this choreography that so beaitifully emphasizes the structure and form of the piece. It's like somehow time stops for 5 minutes when you listen to this piece and you get transported to a different realm beyond time - Nystedt really has a knack for writing some magical music!

Wunderschön und Ast rein gesungen! Habe das damals mit den Regensburger Domspatzen auch gesungen. Tolles Arrengement von Sandström. Fordert aber einen Chor, der absolut exakt und hoch konzentriert singt und gleichzeitig jede/r Sänger/in seine/ihre ganze Emotion einfließen lässt. Bravo!

Its to help them keep track of the tempo their sub group is singing, its a crutch more than anything i guess

Superbly done! Have sung this a few times, love the way you've done the walking for each chorus to dramatise the different meters. Wonderful.
