    Since Covid and the vaccine, everyone who choose to get the shot should seek out their physician and continue monitoring their heart health. Great videos.

    Hi Tim I am so glad I found your videos as they are very informative and honest. I had MI six months ago and have done the cardiac rehab which was great but need to move on and find mental strength and physical strength and balance with life .Youre videos are really great. Please keep making more.

    Wish you had not done the hot tub on the delta. That might have had a dramatic impact, and since you didn’t do it the day before, thanks for the content. Loved the idea, ideally recreate with 30,60,90 readings and the exact same acrivity. Thanks for the content!

    Good luck, Tim - I had a disastrous short course triathlon in Bournemouth last September, followed by a near fatal heart attack in March this year. Just taking it easy, slow walking etc. Can't help thinking about Ironman training - how crazy is that!

    You’re inspiration! I’m a recreational marathoner in my 40s who recently discovered some very important information from a CAC score - indeed, being fit can be deceiving! It’s great to see that you made a great recovery and that you’re thriving with your beautiful family!! Thanks for raising the awareness ❤️

    I’m wondering what made you guys think that 30 minutes was the optimal amount of time to test? In my opinion, your test was flawed and highly doubtful that you achieve the peak.

  • @JustinSnyder-tb1dg
    @JustinSnyder-tb1dg22 күн бұрын

    It isn't, it is optimal for Delta G. DeltaG is a sponsor and we know it peaks faster than Ketone IQ. Ketone IQ is a slower lower peak but lasts longer.

    Tried my first bottle of Keto IQ after a cycling workout. My ride was pretty hard- 35 miles @average speed 17 mph/200 watt average/ climbing 2500 vertical feet. About 30-40 minutes after drinking it, I had an awesome exercise high and felt energized. Tastes bad but not a dealbreaker.

    The biggest thing is take ownership of your health by getting checkups and be being your own advocate. I had similar situation five years ago . Just because you’re fit doesn’t mean it can happen to you!

    We are all extremly pleased to hear that u are now an ex Tri...sometime ago we did recommend that after an heart attack u should stop racing and start training only to your own fitness...it seems u have now come to your senses, specially with a new baby it's important that u keep fighting the future to see all your children grow...we all know how it is in general with heart attacks...the 1st u survive the second takes u five feet under...

    Tim your apob and LDL-C are incredibly high post heart attack. You should seek out information from Thomas Dayspring or Peter Attia and consider getting something known as an Lp(a) test. Especially given your level of fitness and age, you may be a carrier for this LDL variant. Bob Harper of the Biggest Loser has this variant and had an MI at a similar age.

I want no part of taking cholesterol reducing drugs, so I’ve been on a bad cholesterol killing war path with daily avocado, aerobic and anaerobic work, loads of Psyllium Husk capsules and even more water.

    Tim, I appreciate your videos on heart health and sharing your results. I had a heart attack 1 year and 3 mos. ago, and I've been able to keep my LDL low with diet, exercise and a statin. Your journey from racing to heart attack to heart health has been my journey. I can't thank you enough for the suggestion of the CTA test. Mine showed my LAD blockage and I got a stent, but a heart attack happened at the hospital not on a bike course. Little humor there. I got help because of you. God bless you and thank you, Tim O'Donnell! Forever grateful!

    I just had a heart attack at 33. (99% blocked LAD aka widowmaker) with no obvious causes. 6’1” 180lbs low cholesterol and triglycerides. The works. Had been cycling for a year and was really hitting my stride. 4 months post stent now and back on the bike. The meds really hit the max heart rate. Haven’t gotten it above 168 (and my doc would like me to keep it below 85% of max). Were you able to eventually come off the meds and crank your heart rate back up?

    Let's be real...am a huge tri fan... Please priotize...kids and family first..you will never win another ironman...you are a mom..which is good..main focus is how to earn a salary to support your family as a non triathlete..i am concerned that you and your husband...tim...who suffered a heart attack don't have the skills to survive in a non tri environment unless you do some on line coaching...no wins means no sponsors
