If they are not ready to take the risky handling billions of rupees. Why should I take risk and invest in M3M. 100s of properties are there invest anywhere else. Use common sense. All these estate agents are doing their job. No offence to them they want sales and their commission and it’s completely fine but we need to use out common sense not to take unnecessary risk
