  Hi sir, I am currently doing a student assessment program working with vba. I tried printing multiple sheets using cell value but the printing copies had gone over the maximum number in the class.   Hi, excellent info. Just what I wanted thanks. Would have been good to explain whether "Me" was the name of your worksheet (for me to replace with the name of my worksheet) or just referenced the current worksheet. Also would be good to have the code available to copy. A shame Excel doesn't offer this as a formatting option as I often want it on for some columns and off for others. Turning it on or off for the whole worksheet is quite clutzy. Your solution is elegant but beyond many users. Thanks heaps.

  Thank you very much for this video... single buttons work. Is there a way to get a second button using similar code? I tried adding a 2nd button to float in concert but it seems that it causes some kind of problem in VB. I am editing a column.... with two options each programmed to a different form control. With each row, I press either for the two buttons. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks in advance! ;-)

  Very well explained Sir. In fact I'm more interested on doing something similar , but the output of the macro should stay on the other workbook ( where the real macro is built) . For example I'm working an the workbook (A) . In macro in workbook (A) I'm opening another workbook (B). Now I'd like to write something which run a macro already built in Workbook (B) and the output of this run remains in the Workbook (B). The idea is to create a workbook ' central' (A) which open a dozen other workbooks ( B, C, D, etc etc) , consecutively ( via a loop), run the macro built in them ( the same macro), save them and close them. I couldn't find a good solution for it.
