couldn't get past the processional. Just kept repeating. Could hear Joanna's voice faintly in the background! Disappointing. It was like two things going on at the same time.

Absolutely lovely! I noticed the audio and video are not quite in sync - probably wouldn’t bother anyone else, but since I’m used to watching the conductor it felt a little weird.😂 The kids did a great job - I have tears in my eyes!

Hi! Thanks for commenting. Yes, the sync is sometimes troublesome, and we keep working on it. We appreciate feedback as it's helpful to find the issues.

I know what you mean. I started attending the 11 am service in Ault park in June 2021 and it August my sister was killed in a tragic accident. I was too emotional to drive the 5 hours to family until Sunday but I wanted to bolster my confidence by attending the banquet service before I left. Joyce's homily really spoke to me and after the service I asked her to put my sister on the prayer list. I received a lovely card from Redeemer the next week. I only gave her the barest information but some did the research to find me and my family. Then she was remembered in a memorial service months later and just lost it when her name was mentioned. So many people rushed to me to give me comfort. I've never felt to loved and cared about as I do at Redeemer.

If you are listening to this beautiful rendition, wondering if there is a Jesus- He is real. He's complete, tender love and He wants to know you. Look for Him and you'll easily find Him.

Thanks for sharing your story Max and being a trailblazer at Redeemer! I'm so thankful for the Redeemer community already having space like this. There are many pieces of your story that resonate with my own journey. So thankful for you and Phil having this conversation! I want to be part of the road you have begun to pave for people who are coming into their faith life from all different experiences of gender and sexuality who want, genuinely, to find a Christ-centered community that is serious about inclusion and affirmation! ~Tym

1 Come, ye thankful people, come, raise the song of harvest home; all is safely gathered in, ere the winter storms begin. God our Maker doth provide for our wants to be supplied; come to God's own temple, come, raise the song of harvest home. 2 All the world is God's own field, fruit as praise to God we yield; wheat and tares together sown are to joy or sorrow grown; first the blade and then the ear, then the full corn shall appear; Lord of harvest, grant that we wholesome grain and pure may be. 3 For the Lord our God shall come, and shall take the harvest home; from the field shall in that day all offenses purge away, giving angels charge at last in the fire the tares to cast; but the fruitful ears to store in the garner evermore. 4 Even so, Lord, quickly come, bring thy final harvest home; gather thou thy people in, free from sorrow, free from sin, there, forever purified, in thy presence to abide; come, with all thine angels, come, raise the glorious harvest home.

Did you know my dad, Episcopalian priest Ian D. Mitchell? He wrote The American Folk Song Mass, a lot more musical masses, & he was pretty much a rabble-rouser for social justice & a rebel in & out of the church. My dad did important stuff & I just wondered if modern priests know who he is/what he did. Btw, he emphatically believed that science & spirituality were one in the same. I asked him this question before he died & he told me to read "The probability of God". I miss him. He was a great man & left a beautiful legacy to us (6) kids & his grand kids that had nothing to do with material things. Thanks for this gift!! I love what you're doing!!!!

I'm sorry I missed the time. It's great that its recorded so I can watch it now. This isn't a question but- I think I'm among many in that the coming Holy Week and especially Easter will be so different from any I've ever experienced. I need suggestions on helping me feel the glory and rejoice in the experience of Easter at home this year.

I agree with mostly everything in this teaching. However Sunday is NOT the sabbath of the Bible. Doing research if the Bible and history will show you that the day that was made holy and remains holy is Saturday. The only history we have outside do the Bible for Sunday as “sabbath” is not found in the Bible.
