This is cool. I will go on record as having not ever been too impressed with six feet under I'll be honest.... however not only is Chris Barnes an originator and an innovator in the genre, but Jack here is one of the f****** most incredibly proficient, versatile and solid guitar players death metal has ever produced. Hands down, I think of him in the same breath as Phil from malevolent creation, Andreas from sepultura, and the like the guy is a legend. So you have to give respect where it is due.

So Barnes doesn't even write his EEEEEE's anymore? Sad. And Jack, glad you can write the music and lyrics to your songs now-- but you WERE doing it in Cannibal when you left. So IDK... you go from THAT to.... This??? And Chris called out ALL current Death Metal singers and talked massive shit--- so i don't see poor Chris. Anyways, always loved Jack, and this is a good interview so... Horns, I guess??? 🤘🤘

As unlikeable as Barnes is, I feel like he was actually treated like shit in CC and maybe it was no different for Jack.

I like so much that when she would bring something up you were interested in or something you didn’t know you asked her more about that. A lot of people who interview just like to keep going with their questions and almost dehumanize the experience. It’s so awesome you’re genuinely interested in her, her career and the band. Great interview!!

I'm into rock music and almost all its styles and I got this as a recommendation from Frontiers. I got hooked and very curious about this project, little did I know this was a Michael Palace project, but it made sense after hearing those guitar solos.

Never knew Marc was from Boston....and he`s absolutely right about metal/hard rock never being on FM radio at all back then,in the Northeast U.S......I`m from Maine and up here we had to tune into syndicated midnight metal shows from Z-Rock,Pirate Radio broadcasts, and of course Headbanger`s Ball on MTV,but yeah,we NEVER heard hard rock on the radio up here.....

What a fantastic album The Body Electric is! Paralandra' really Rocks and this album shows that in every song. I knew this was going to be a giant step up in the music world and this is getting worldwide acclaim! I will add that as a fan of Paralandra (I'm a Parasite!) I feel like I know these wonderful people personally, although we have not met in person. If I had to rate the album and the band, they would be at the top of the Rock and Roll Music Scene. They belong there!

I know,as just a fan, that i would have worked circles around Jon Kalodner. Was never impressed, ever. He had way more misses than hits. Yeah,he really helped Aerosmith with a comeback, but i know they woukd have achieved that without him. As far as im concerned,he cut the balls off aerosmith to get chart success. A brownnoser to the suits who doesnt have a clue what real rock and roll is,probably on tge board at the rock and roll hall of fame. Along with castrating Aerosmith,he shot down Motley Crue, because he said Vinces voice was to nasally. Clueless. I wonder what other f@#ck ups he did.

The Forrest Gump of rock and roll from one of rock and rolls most phenomenal eras. How Ron and Little Ceaser never achieved major success, because they did achieve greatness, great music, great performers, great songwriting, great looks, the whole shebang,ANYONE thats a rock amd roll fan, with half a brain for what rock and roll is,can see that. Its the suits, the " brains",with the power, that again, ripped off the fans from having an awesome band to love for a long ,awesome career, but worse, ripped off an amazing artist from having that long ,awesome career, even though Ron doesnt seem to cry about it,he seems grateful for all that he did experience and achieve, much respect,Ron,from an appreciative fan

Its cool,i hear him nevef badmouthing anyone, placing blame,if he did,it was on himself. I just hear alot of graciousness, gratefulness and an appreciation for the succsess and experiences that he did have. It was a bummer,he was a true blue rock star, very talented singer, songwriter, performer, that forvwhatever reason ,slipped through the cracks and that was everybodys loss, man. Another example of the suits and powers that be totally missing it. Muxh respect to you ,Ron ,from a longtime, bigtime fan from up here in Alaska. Cant wait to read the book

The exact kind of interview I've always wanted to see. I've always wondered how the process works for them and what's going on in their minds when creating new music. Lucia is a treasure and a living goddess 😍😍😍 Looking forward to more albums. Each new entry brings so much excitement, energy, and still to this day a ton of variety. I would love to hear more modern takes on some of the classics. Megalo for example, I think I may like that one more than the original. I would love to hear Angst in similar fashion, modernized and given more Ultra Heavy Beat energy. This band never ceases to release banger after banger. Their political songs are also very important and have had a real influence on my worldview as well. There's a reason I go by this handle. I see KMFDM as not just art, but an ethos to live by. Rip the System indeed.
