I didn’t know that the liquid minoxidil was more potent and has a greater concentration of minoxidil. The liquid minoxidil makes my hair greasy so I prefer the foam because it doesn’t give that effect and actually gives my hair a ton of volume. I will say the foam can be drying to the hair so I use a little bit of serum to give it a little shine. Thank you for sharing. Also the Kirkland foam version is double the price of the liquid.

Any tips I'm on Dutasteride and it works but after 10 months I'm starting to get side effects so I'm looking to stop taking it and only use topical . Would taking saw palmetto be just as good as taking dutasteride I herd it does block dht

I just started using minoxidil last month and am 2 weeks into my second month when it suddenly dawned on me how much older my face looks. I got eye bags now and I never had them before. It was one of the main reasons I looked young even though my hair was going grey and getting thinner. I just got done Googling this and it is apparently a very well-known side effect that I never heard about before. This is so annoying because I waited forever before I started minoxidil and finally only started using it because I became convinced it wasn't going to have any side effects. Apparently, the same reason it ages your eyes is the same reason it can affect your joints and muscles-something to do with collagen. So, that sucks. I'm going to stop using it now and hope my eyes go back to how they were 2 months ago.

I can see much improvement in my hair. I 've been using Reactivate serum of liittllextraa now 4 months. It has become a habit. Specially, very little hair fall that you can't even consider. Furthermore, my hair has now grown longer with new hair growth and volume has specially increased. I am really excited with the results.

Been on Minoxidil and saw palmetto supplements for 2 years, and on Finasteride (topical) for 6 months. I get more libido on Finasteride but it does give me one-sided breast pain, which is an early warning sign of gyno. I am having to keep trying to balance the amount of Finasteride I apply on my scalp, having to stop taking it every time I get some pain or sensitivity in my breast to prevent gyno from developing. All of this, and I am still losing hair, and generally I am still not happy with it. DHT-related hair loss is a f0ck!n4 curse, which has ruined my life in so many ways.

The dermatologist I went to told me that minoxidil only works if you've lost your hair for 2 to 3 years at the most, otherwise it won't grow back if it's been more than three years since you lost it. Is this true?

I was losing hair every day and it was really stressing me out. My doctor recommended using a red light therapy panel from Future Form Official, a company in Norway. I started using it a few months ago and it’s already made a big difference. The panel is pretty affordable, which is great. I was unsure if it would work, but it’s definitely slowed down my hair loss and I’m seeing new baby hairs coming in. I use it regularly as instructed, and I’m hopeful that in the next month or two, I’ll see even more improvement. There are a lot of scientific papers supporting red light therapy for hair growth, so I’m really grateful for the advice shared here.
