  A question to anyone who knows: you should slip stitch (at the end of each round) into the second turning chain (for hdc), correct? And into the 3rd turning chain for dc… etc? Thank you!

  I like your pattern a lot, but often in the video you would say "into the chain space from below" and you were actually working in between two double crochet with no chain spaces in between. A little confusing so I had to use your video to make sure of what you were doing so I could replicate it for myself. Still thank you for the video, I know this was years ago at this point

  I made this with no problem until you got to the half double and then I had to watch it at least 10 times to get that stitch but after that no problem.

  if you chain 12 there is no way after all the 1 rnd increases the stitch count comes out to 14.

  Hello, I bought this yarn of LoveCrafts website, it was many years ago so I cant remember the brand of it, you can however use any thin yarn or thread for this project that is made of cotton :)

  Iv made these and it's a great ideas but they don't work well at all. They gets sopin wet , they don't sud up like regular scrubbers/ lufas and they do not dry fast at all creating a perfect place for bacteria to grow. Also they use a ton of yarn. However washcloths work well for bathing and the round flat scrubbers. This is my personal opinion and experience.

  How did you go? Did you get it worked out? Do you mean your scrunchie is getting wider with each round? If so the easiest thing to do is count every stitch so each round you have 17 stitches…all the best

  I too faced the same problem and also the same 3 times me too have restarted. Count the 17 stitches including the two chains we do in the beginning of every row.. I did it & got it perfect 👍
