ABOUT LAURENZO
Laurenzo’s mission as a Content Creator is to educate the general public on issues of gender and sexuality and to affirm and encourage LGBTQ+ individuals around the world. In 2020, they received their PhD in Italian Studies at The Ohio State University with specializations in Film Studies, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. They have also collaborated with organizations such as Planned Parenthood, Merit America, and KZread to forward other tangential advocacy projects. How should LGBT+ topics be included in s3xed? I live in Germany and we learned about the whole reproductive thing, STDs, female hygine, basics of using a condom with a banana ... The basics everyone should know about to be safe and informed. I think an additional class would be a good possibility for those who have questions about how to have save intercourse or or other questions. But why should it included in normal class? The basics apply to everyone but those are special topics that should be addressed with those it concerns.

Conversion therapy is the worst thing you can do. I’ve got a therapist and when she learned I was sent for conversion therapy she refused to do it. She’s still my therapist and I love her❤. She’s really supportive.

What’s conversion therapy I heard if it but I don’t know what it is
Conversion therapy usually means camps that shame queer kids for their identity using the Bible and other forms of false/inapplicable evidence until they suppress that aspect of themselves. It's almost always incredibly traumatizing for queer folk and doesn't make them any less queer, it just makes them ashamed of being queer or showing that part of themselves to anybody including their own family( since they don't show that aspect of themselves that much, the people around them assume that they are "cured"). As many have expressed in the comments of this video it takes years of self reflection to undo the shame and hatred they feel towards themselves because of Conversion therapy. There are a lot of manipulative tactics used which i can't list out rn so feel free to do some of your own research aswell. Hope that helps!!
Yeah, my kid Insulin is SO entitled! It's always, "You'll die without me, so I deserve those fancy pen needles that insurance won't discount." Their sibling Novolin-R is so much more reasonable.
One reason my mother does like private schools are because they not run by the government atleast never directly so they can teahc you things the government dosent let public schools ofc im sure most religious private schools dont and probably limit what you learn even further but
im so tired of books that represent minorities (honestly just anyone who isnt straight and white) being removed because of bigots who think we're some type of disease

So glad my young nb (and likely non-straight) family member goes to a school that respects and validates the kids' gender expressions etc. I love that they're growing up without being judged or harassed by adults in their life.
