Hey Ritu... Please don't use aluminum pans for itika.. As steel is more safe.. Aluminum se uske black coating nikalti h jo health ke liye bahut hi jyada dangerous h it's cancerous if u use regularly.. Steel pan le lo ikea se ya india se try ply wale mangwa sakte ho...

With dairy, any animal based, better to choose plant based options because the inherent e×ploitation in these factory farms will make you cry,especially as a mother. Youd not want to choose an option full of cruelty. Not to mention the zoonotic diseases rampant in such factory farms. Just recently, avian flu traces were found in milks from supermarkets. Better to choose cruelty free products.

Sabji and fruits jyada toh local farms se liya jaay toh behtar hota hai. Industrial produce is usually grown with chemicals and wont usually be without harmful bacteria. They are also usually grown on lands besides cattle lots where the waste is not managed and it leeches into the soil. The urine from these lots is sprayed over the produce. You can never trust US food production thats industrial size.
