Have been on KZread for over 2 years now ,stuck at 170 subscribers and iv been consistent trying to learn everyday. I don't even feel like doing anything right now. Feeling low and drained
@@djubebe Well done for your consistency and dedication! I know KZread can be very hard🙈 My advice to you is to research other channels in your niche. Study the types of videos they're posting (to determine which videos are doing well and which aren't). Study thumbnails and titles to see which ones get the most views. Then, make similar videos on your channel😊 Just keep going! You've got this, sister!💜
I’m currently documenting my journey with my chronic pain, losing my job in the process and up coming surgery. Besides trying to be perfect, it’s been really really slow with the views (Blogging while chronic is the channel ). I don’t want this to be strictly a health channel. I’m sort of stuck. In love with the process but I don’t know which way to go out how to do it and that’s the reason why I’m slow with my content.

I think you're definitely on the right path and you can help a lot of people with your content. You can make your channel a health and lifestyle channel. So, you can talk about your chronic pain and the steps you're taking to get better, and you can also record videos about your life and experiences. At the end of the day, your channel should be about something that you're passionate about, but that also has income potential😊 P.S. Hey Thanks this was great! I posted my first youtube video yesterday and have a few of my own books to sell. You are correct youtube put you up where I found you easily! My video is live, raw and uncut in one take...I worried about how to edit forever and then finally thought I need to just do it. .so i did!

Im not trying to belittle you, but I've spent 6 months on a video. Honestly, i dont even care about the views anymore. But, I love this video you have made. It is good to hear some other peoples challenges. And, the reality about KZread now is that you are competing against other KZread channels that have their own production companys and investments. My advice is to just make what you want and do your own thing. Have your own fun. You never know what will happen later.

As a new KZreadr, I hear you with the money. But even the $500/month is helpful. That's a car payment, or a good chunk of rent. If youtube wants me to post once a week, I can film/edit and upload a video in a weekend and post it. Doing that every weekend for $500/month sounds like a pretty easy weekend job (that will keep paying over time rather than a job you do once and it only gives you a pay check that one time). perspective is a great thing to have!
@@jinxthenomad Hey Jinx! Yes, an extra $500 will definitely help me too😂 However, I'm planning on going full-time on KZread eventually. For that, I need to earn about $2,500+ per month. So, I'm going to sell digital products in addition to getting adsense from KZread😊.
@@chantewalt Of course, more is always better. I would also look at ways to trim your expenses. You could meet yourself in the middle.

500 dollars from 1 million views isnt accurate at all though, it also depends on what niche youre on, I know some people who got above 3000$ under a million views but the same person got around 1000$ on vlog style videos from more then a million views
@@FurkanSavas Yes, absolutely😊. I agree with you 100%. The amount depends on several factors. However, on average, most KZreadrs earn $500 for 1 million views. At least according to studies.

It's all about figuring out how to position your videos so they look more interesting🙂 Titles, thumbnails, and video topics are the three elements that make or break a video.
