This vid hits home in so many ways. I bought a Rossie II back in the 90's when I really couldn't afford it and have loved it and used it for 30 years. Just bought the S a month ago and the feel & performance is incredible. Thankfully my original is in my back up bag up north 👍

Thank you for this video! I just bought the Caddytrek R3X. Do you happen to know if it's possible to turn down the volume of the beeping? I've muted the remote but not the cart. It doesn't sound very loud in this video, but it sounds very loud in-person. I'm worried about disturbing other golfers.
I believe you can within the remote but you’ll want to contact CaddyTrek to be sure of the process

When I was playing golf in Myrtle Beach, I found myself playing in a 40 degree sideways rain wearing only a windstorm and khakis. This was quite a few years ago. Needless to say, I quite after 9. I then stopped at the local golf shop and found a MacGregor rainsuit. Now I don't go on a golf trip without it.....and it seldom rains.

I hit the driver hit launch c524 today at the range and it was so good and it had a regular shaft. I’m hitting a stiff with my taylormade and yeah I might need to put this driver in my bag and it’s a great price. I just need to find a place here in British Columbia where I can maybe get fitted for a whole set of tour edge
I would no longer suggest this course due to price. It used to be reasonable. Now , its just a money grab for the rich.
Disagree. When compared to the other courses in its stratosphere, Arcadia is a bargain. Compare the cost of playing at Pebble Beach, Whistling Straits, or other top 20 destinations in the country where you will pay at least three times as much. Unique experiences like Arcadia will always be at the top end of your golf budget limit. It doesn’t mean you have to go there, but it also doesn’t mean they are unreasonable for the sector in which they reside.
@MIGolfLive disagree all you like. These types of prices eliminates 95% of those who desire to play an "elite" course. Does absolutely nothing to entice newer players to the game. It's already an expensive game with proper gear, training etc.. For them to charge $250 a round , I am 100% positive that they loose more business than what they bring in. Just look at all the courses that closed in Michigan alone. If golf doesn't get it's act together the average player will never have the opportunity to play due to cost. Again, disagree all you like. But, you can't deny the price is at least 100% bloated at Arcadia.

To claim the price is 100% bloated is to refuse to recognize the incredible experience and value provided there. There are lots of places you can go and play for far less, so I hope you enjoy all of them.
@@MIGolfLiveI played it several times when the price was "reasonable". It's a great course. IT IS NOT WORTH $250. Argue all you like. The average golfer can't afford to play here. If that's their plan. They've succeeded.

What about accessories, bottle holder, storage pouch for balls or gps, plus the gangle is in the way of the clubs. Looks like a terrible design.
Design is fine. Handle adjusts to be out of the way entirely. You can add accessories. Keep balls in your bag.

Going there for the first time this summer for July 4th weekend. I’m a big golfer and thinking of playing Cedar River and The Legend while I’m there. This video was very informative. A little bummed out the golf carts didn’t appear to have GPS units to help guide your way around these courses. Especially playing there for the first time, those would come in very handy…

Great review, Bill! I just got a setup with my Launch Pro after doing my research over the winter. Great unit and the GS Pro software is much more enjoyable so far than FSX. It’s good to see so many options nowadays for launch monitors.
