  I didn't see the Amp Draw while transmitting, do you know what it should be? Mine is at 11 or 12 amps on high which seems low?

  Your amperage draw is going to depend on how many watts are being produced. As well as the class of amplifier it is. A general ballpark is around 10-15 amps per 100 watts. Different classes (bias types) will draw different amperage.
