I have only read 2 of her books so far. A Place in Your World and Just for the Summer. I adore these books. I just ordered all of her other books. I read A Place in Your World first and I fell in love with a third “character”, the town of Wakan. I would love to go back there. It made me think of The Mitford series. I would love a whole series following Daniel and Alexis and Hunter the dog with of course all the other characters like Doug and his adorable pig Kevin Bacon. I know that’s not likely to happen, lol, but I would love it. The book had a magical realism to it but was also so psychologically real. I just finished Just for the Summer and I am in awe of Abby Jimenez. Devastating and beautiful. My heart ached for both the characters. Although I have no experience like Emma’s Abby Jimenez was able to capture her emotional trauma so well I could feel it. She’s really an amazing writer.

Heather I think you are doing wonderful knowing how hard it is for not having time for yourself! However please make sure you take the time you need for yourself and enjoy just being you! Being a mother is one of the hardest jobs out there! All you do is constantly give of yourself and often don’t feel appreciated for what you do all day as a mother! I am sure it’s even harder with a special needs child! Please just continue to place yourself in Gods hands and let Him guide you along the path He has laid out for you! God Bless 🙏💕

Been following you for years now and I think that you are doing amazing! I know life can seem hard at times and things are rough but they do get better. (This coming from someone who had a double transplant 18 years ago while also dealing with seizures.) Part of me still hopes to collab with you someday but I know that probably will never happen given how our lives are lol. I am on East Coast though so that helps for time convienence. Sending all my love to you and your family Heather! Also my dream vacation is either Seoul, South Korea or Tokyo, Japan.

For instance the clothes you are wearing in your videos (love the shirt you have on in this one!), book sleeves, book lights, annotation highlighters, sticky tabs, bookmarks, customized stamps for home library, book shelves, kindle accessories, tote bags, etc.

Do you by chance have adhd? The thing you said about not being able to relax really resonates with me and my adhd. It also would explain where you get the energy to read and be a mom and do KZread videos, it’s more fun to do things like that sometimes than to “relax” in the traditional sense. It’s just unstructured time which is a type of relaxation for people with adhd.

I like what you said about friendships. I have been struggling with this lately b/c I realized I needed a personal transformation and the first thing that seemed not to work were some of my friendships. It was weird. One day I liked a person; the next day I'd think, 'Man, they never want to grow up. Their behaviour is still as if they were 20. It's not what I want." And people get mad when you tell them you want to break up!!! Even in friendship people resist a change b/c it's interpreted as if you're criticizing them. That might not be the case; you might just want to go in a different direction. I found myself alone and even though I wanted it, I did find it was difficult to find new friends who resonated with me; people who made me better. I just ordered my first Emily Henry book, so I just wanted to watch a few videos. I ordered BOOK LOVERS, but I might read HAPPY PLACE next. Maybe Ms Henry has a better idea of how friendships work.P.S.- I don't know if this is allowed but i was so mad at this review. I feel like she totally has no idea how hard it is to write a POP BOOK. If you don't like me sharing another channel, please just erase it. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZoB5zcppktjFp7w.htmlsi=lAC9Eiq23-5YdynI
