Kevin Ho + Jonathan McNarry, Vanguard Properties
Our walk-through videos go beyond the typical real estate videos you may be used to seeing. We show you what we see in San Francisco's varied housing market. While we also love well-produced videos (check out our real estate super dog Raffi property videos), we understand that you may not be able to visit properties in person. That's why we started doing these videos, and many clients have found us through them, so we kept doing them.
Our success as top producers in our highly coveted and competitive market stems from our approach to real estate. Watch any of our walk-through videos and you'll see why so many people have trusted us to guide them through the home buying and selling process for over a decade. Visit www.kevinandjonathan.com to see the substance at the foundation of our success.
Call or text us at (415) 297-7462 or (415) 215-4393 to learn more about us, our clients, and our listings. DRE 01875957 SBN 233408 (Kevin) DRE 01747295 (Jonathan)

Slow down with those zoom camera pans so we can have a good look at this place. Too fast.
Your videos are the worst.
La casa e' bella, ma il video da' il mal di testa.....:-D
I'd buy it but I only have $20K.
Our lead is Kevin Ho conducting a tour of 4407 18th Street, San Francisco, CA a Victorian structure home with huge windows, almost a masterpiece by Ludwig Mie van der Rohe bits & pieces. Across the street is a Chinese restaurant as if when it rains it is totally soothing atmosphere. Not too from the Castro district, except for one thing, things have changed to the basic traditions gay is out out out, families are welcome in this trendy neighborhood, there is a community church and anyone would love this beautiful home.
Hi Kevin! I was studying real estate in California. Now I'm in college in Nevada at UNLV. Still hope to move to SF soon! Great video>
3 bedrooms and only 1 full bath. that's not acceptable ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼
so basically, you're buying an apartment, with a tenant living above you. no thanks
Wonderfully details, but it feels that it’s lost the soul of the original features and even layout in the first main rooms. 🤨
Nice!Great! Love!
Hello Kevin! 3-D is awesome! I love it!
This sold in just 4 days with a non-contingent offer hitting $4 million.
What a gem!
Just wanted to add that my parents rent was $95.00/month and this included water and garbage pick up.
I used to live in this house in 1963 with my parents and a black cat named LuLu who would ride along on my dad's shoulder in the car when we'd go to the beach. At the time the house was divided into separate living units which were rented out. We lived on the second floor. Of course I don't remember living here because I was an infant at the time. According to my parents there was a couple who lived below us and they would use a broom handle to bang on their ceiling (our floor) because I cried a lot due to being a colicky baby. The garage was being used by the owners/landlords for storage and was filled with furniture. One of the things that my parents liked about this location was that it remained sunny on days when it was foggy in the rest of the city. We moved out when I was about 6 months old and in 1968 my parents bought a house in Concord which they're still living in today. Thanks for posting this video!
Beautiful
Beautiful house. Love the downstairs and yard.
I would like a little more privacy from my window to neighbors windows for $2 million 😅
Darling you are doing a great job. Please slow your turns down a little.
I grew up next door at 61 prosper Street 😊 I can’t believe how much these houses go for now, the house I grew up in is over 4 million!
Wow! I grew up in this house in the 60's. 4065 19th St. I'll never forget it, that's when San Francisco was a beautiful city. I use to play at Eureka Valley Park up the street. It was a safe beautiful city with not so many weirdos.
This ten year old video popped up on my feed today. Much has changed, in that time.
I will add a gym and a Home Theater 🙂
Too too too beautiful.. I'm crying
A beautiful place I'll never be able to afford.
Amazing
Beautiful
Beautiful but not 2 mil worth
the view😍
soo good taste
Wow that price.
So glad they didn't tear down walls and make it an open concept monstrosity.
I love San Francisco so much. Wish I was a millionaire.
I really like your tours, Kevin👍🏽
I saw the movie. Just don't let Michael Keaton move in.
Such a beautiful house...
I know this house. I dated someone for a year and half in 1990 and his parents lived in this house. It's really beautiful.
Beautiful house, but the video is nausea inducing.
What! Offered at $995,000! LOL! $250k is still a highway robbery for this tiny square space divided into four rooms! This is a graphic example of how SF is so corrupt that there is a subversive partnership between international bankers and their RE companies-brokers-developers-speculators owned through proxies, and the SF City Assessor's Office to ever continue inflating the value of RE properties to outlandish figures, so only a handful of San Franciscans could afford them, and not for long, as valuations continue to steeply rise, temporary owners will force to sell not affording the tax liability after only a few years, which will continue to benefit perpetually international banks who will be able to loan a higher amount and at a higher interest rate, leaving many San Franciscans misplaced and forced to leave the City, and since the whole Bay Area where the jobs are located are under the same rigged dynamic, locals under an unjust and unchecked duress, to move out to another State as well.
You go through a toilet to get to the kitchen!!! Do you have any idea just how F...'ed up that is? Not to mention that the wallpaper out there is so ugly that it scares the living shit out of you. But I guess that's the purpose with it.
The wallpaper is a William Morris design, which fits perfectly into this Arts and Crafts House.
@@edgregory392 My butt was designed by God, but that doesn't make it any less ugly.
The house is BEAUTIFUL but how do ppl who have trouble walking deal with all those stairs?
You can get a stair lift chair installed. And if the stairs you have don't accommodate one, you can always have the stairs redone. Or even have a small elevator installed, if you have the room
MARAVILLOSA!!
I love san fransisco, when i was last there i stayed on post street
So lovely. Great tour.
The responsible tongue consecutively murder because estimate unknowingly brake pace a rare wednesday. abhorrent, stingy medicine
Inner Sunset area is fantastic. Lots of good restaurants on Irving street
$250,000 to $300,000. House is way overpriced! Beautiful.
these r texas prices not SF😆
@@KittenPinky Where I live it would be that much and for the price they listed, you would get way more.
this kitchen is so small
What a beautiful home!
Nice 👍 interesting 🤔
