17:55 and that's one reason why I don't as a rule park between cars on the road side, especially when there is a large gap as there was when you arrived, because that only encourages someone else to park in the space, sadly these days parking space is at a premium, but drivers will try to squeeze in to whatever space is available, and not really pay much heed to motorcycles 😮

Good morning Nick. Yes those jeans have certainly served you well. Lovely ride through your Yorkshire countryside. Many thanks. I think we're now into a bit of more settled weather. I haven't worn jeans since I was 20 and Hood don't make port coloured corduroy riding trousers 🤣🤣 so I wear an Oxford Advance outfit which suits (😂) me nicely. My favourite scone and coffee stop is closed Monday and Tuesday - I know that now 🤣 Pleased you found somewhere in Burnsall ☕☕

Another great ride Nick, you must have some sort of weather control system on that bike, every time you're out riding it seems to be sunny! I'm amazed one car managed to get three others to reverse, either the driver had no idea how to reverse themselves or they considered being two feet close to the crest gave them the right to be ignorant, a place to avoid on bank holidays I think! At least I didn't chuck my tea everywhere when the KTM went past this time, I got a right fright when I watched James's video 😂

I wish I did have a weather control on the bike so far I’ve just been lucky. That bridge can be a challenge in a car. I don’t know why the KTM was in such a rush it far too nice up there to be in such a hurry. 👍

Graham certainly knows his little lanes. Shame that Seth Brundle had to have a lift around, blocking some of those views but he is a knowledgeable chap. It was quite a surprise the ford was empty with all the rain we've had. Hoping to head over your way this week and try a few lanes there perhaps.

Just downsized from a B M W K75 , and got a Meteor 350cc Enfield yesterday , been a spin around the Wirral coastal views great , filled it up for £14. 73p , found it very enjoyable to ride , everything you stated is correct , one of my mates has a Honda Shadow its heavy and big , but he prefers his Royal Enfield , great bikes .😊

Having just downsized to a Classic 350 from a Tiger 1200. Also haveca BSA Gold Star 650. I love the feel and character of these dmaller bikes for my riding. At 65, I am not into high speeds or heavy bikes anymore. The roads are in poor condition and speed limits are dropping everywhere, it seems. Chilling out and enjoying the journey is my mantra now. Ride safe.

Good morning Nick. Yes I absolutely agree about the RE 350s - not actually ridden a Classic but both my Meteor and now Hunter are similar for the reasons you state. I have a friend in New Zealand who rides her Hunter very long distances on fast highways and just loves it though I think she may be thinking of trying something like the Shotgun. That would be too heavy for me and for the sort of riding I now enjoy, rather like your Yorkshire Dales rides my 350 is just perfect. Cheers, Nick.

A very enjoyable ride along some fantastic lanes Nick, Graham picked a good day and a great route. I enjoyed it all except the fields of rape, I have to hold my breath anywhere near that stuff so watching you take lungfuls of it was very distressing 😳 That little valley was very familiar, I'm sure I've seen some other bloke on a motorbike ride along there. Looking forward to Part Three 👍

I am very proficient when it comes to getting lost! It's rare for me to find the ride again though. I worked for a company that converted a phone box into a fish tank. I do like a little library. I think the music in the middle is perfect for the style of the ride. Twas a lovely day just pootling around.

Good morning Nick. Yes I absolutely agree about the RE 350s - not actually ridden a Classic but both my Meteor and now Hunter are similar for the reasons you state. I have a friend in New Zealand who rides her Hunter very long distances on fast highways and just loves it though I think she may be thinking of trying something like the Shotgun. That would be too heavy for me and for the sort of riding I now enjoy, rather like your Yorkshire Dales rides my 350 is just perfect. Cheers, Nick.

A very enjoyable ride along some fantastic lanes Nick, Graham picked a good day and a great route. I enjoyed it all except the fields of rape, I have to hold my breath anywhere near that stuff so watching you take lungfuls of it was very distressing 😳 That little valley was very familiar, I'm sure I've seen some other bloke on a motorbike ride along there. Looking forward to Part Three 👍
I am very proficient when it comes to getting lost! It's rare for me to find the ride again though. I worked for a company that converted a phone box into a fish tank. I do like a little library. I think the music in the middle is perfect for the style of the ride. Twas a lovely day just pootling around.
Thanks Richard I try and match the music to the mood of the ride whenever possible. Fish tank phone box, now that would be worth seeing..!
