Switch to keto. If you stop eating all carbs not just sugar, after 2 weeks you wont have cravings at all, you can see people eat cake in front of you and you wint care. Trust me, i was addicted to junk food, pastry and sweets. Now with only organic meat and vegetables i feel great. If i need something naturally sweet an apple or banana is enough.

You're so lucky. I'm drinking only decaff coffee for like five years now and few weeks ago when we flew home to see parents after 1 year being far from them, my in law got pissed off so much because of me saying no to coffee, that he started throwing thing in the kitchen and even punished my husband by not preparing coffee for him too. That was a "nice and worm" welcome home 😕

You are a great rider and I am glad to see you back on the water! Your recovery was inspirational. Backroll and frontroll... ok, but don't call anything involving a kiteloop very easy. Looping the kite before the apex, while riders looking for easy tricks probably don't have the height for a successful catch, is a recipe for hard landings and injuries

I just finished my third week of no added sugar and I feel so much better! After day three the inflammation and stiffness in my knees and the inflammation in my lower back disappeared. I've lost 6 lbs. I don't feel bloated and heavy anymore. My mood has improved (not feeling as depressed). The second week was really hard because I had no energy and felt so tired. I'd crash after getting home from work. However, my insomnia isn't so bad now. I'm sleeping longer and deeper now. I'm going to stay with this no added sugar lifestyle change because not having the inflammation and bloat is worth it alone.
