Great question! Our ovens weigh from 600 to 1600 pounds. The oven in this video, with the wheeled transport cart, weighs about 1100 pounds.

this bed seem very similar to zanolli 11/65, is that compatible? I would need a full new frame with conveyor.

I was just looking as it came up in my email. when I came down there for a class there were no hands-on but I still am learning by calling up your techs. What chemical is allowed to clean the carbon buildup on the belts and fingers. Scrubbing it isn’t helping

Most commercial cleaning agents may be used safely on all stainless steel surfaces. Check application restrictions on product label prior to usage. Do not use caustic cleaners on the conveyor bearings as they will cause irreversible damage to the part. Your use case may need specific assistance if the buildup is not removed by standard cleaning agents. Give us a call 24/7/365 at 316-943-2751 or email us [email protected] to allow us to help you with getting the 'gunk' off. Depending on what you are baking, we can offer a few suggestions. Thanks!
