Nice building, could I check out the elevators here? Basically I'm a local who likes to film elevators around the city. I won't disclose the location of residential buildings

I live in Iowa, and we also have winter and construction season. You mentioned wondering what is different in North Dakota...the population of Winnipeg alone is about the same as the ENTIRE state of North Dakota. Maybe they have good roads because there is no one driving on them. :)

Bought my house June 1983 in St. Vital and paid $38,000.00. In 2024 I only pay $133.00 a month property taxes. Have lived in Winnipeg for 72 years.

Things you should know before you move to Winnipeg... 1) Don't move to Winnipeg. It is a trashy skid mark of a small city in an irrelevant province full of terrible trashy people. Move somewhere nicer with better weather. Most people in Winnipeg who have money move to Kelowna BC for a reason.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for alot of good videos on your channel. I’m want to change my job and become real estate agent in Winnipeg. But i have few interesting questions which only agent can tell me. After when i will have license and a job with broker company in the beginning how they allow you to sell a house? I mean house becomes on market, broker somehow dividing listings between realtors what he have ? Or whats the procedure? I know some brokers have 100+ realtors and if you new it’s difficult to sell something when you “green” in that business. But you need it cause u need have money for living. So if you reply me i will appreciate it thanks.

River Heights was always considered a lovely area, but not now. All the lovely turn of the century homes are being torn down and ugly town homes are being squeezed in between. It looks horrible.
