    Beautiful fish, well done 🎣👍 I saw fish caught in the US they call a walleye and look like European zander, are they related species?

    Great knot How do you remove the lead out of the sheath on Suffix 832 once its been trolled with? The sheath is nearly glued to the lead. And cannot rove lead as when the leadcore is new.Thanx

    DO you have a name or part number for those locking clips. My dad loves those and can find any. You mentioned they are from Cabela's but I can't find them for him.

    Well done, young man. Battery died on cu huh. Do you ever run them flag down, and when a fish hits flag pops up? I’ve been running big boards for salmon & bows since the 90s but picked up some these for walleye. Can’t wait to try them.

    Now that I've named my transducers, can I set the scroll rate and ping speeds for each transducer differently and save those settings to that transducer so that when I select it those settingsare used? HDS Carbon 12.

    Surgeon's knot. Takes about 45 seconds to tie. I loop through 4 times for extra grip, perfect for lead core to fluorocarbon, or braid to fluorocarbon. You can cut tag ends flush.

  • @ryanbrand3946

    How do you do that with a 50 foot leader?

  • @hybridmaster13
    @hybridmaster132 жыл бұрын

    @@ryanbrand3946 Simple, you leave the line on the spool, and you put the spool through the loop 4 times. I've never cut 50 ft of leader from the spool before tying my knot.

    dont spindrift have a swivel on the hook already ?

  • @dylannussbaumfishing6521
    @dylannussbaumfishing65212 жыл бұрын

    yes they do. I like to have another swivel on the rig because that hook is constantly spinning. Another swivel can help with line twist if one of the swivels gets hung up for some reason.

    Why use leadcore when walleye trolling instead of braid?

  • @dylannussbaumfishing6521
    @dylannussbaumfishing65212 жыл бұрын

    Leadcore is a weighted line so it sinks. Leadcore will sink 5ft for every 30ft you let out. So, the main reason it to get your lures deeper.
