Take note of following : - The angle for polarisation film is135 degrees, not 0 or 45 degrees. - Do not throw away the delaminated film, it can be used to trace dimensions of new film. It can also be used to determine the correct angle of the film if your having trouble to determine correct angle. Just put it on top of lcd screen, take note of the color showing through the film. Start rotating new film till the color matches same as seen with old one. - Ideally all glue should be removed but you will need special lcd glue remover. Its a bit expensive and unless you have multiple screens to work on, leave the old glue on as long as its clean. If its smudged then it needs to be removed. Good video.
They will turn yellow in no time because headlights are never to be sanded.

Very clean car. Did you install an aftermarket module to allow it to work with the key remote (and if so which one?) or were you able to program it in?
Not to criticize you but this won't work forever. It will only last for a few months. Coolant hose does not do well with oil. This also will make the car fail an visual emission test for modified. I'm a smog tech that also worked at the CA Ref station.

Acetone is not blue
Don't forget a good UV protectant. 2K is always recommended, however you have to get one designed for headlights else it will likely cause early crazing. I like Jet Seal from Chemical Guys are you can wipe on with a microfiber cloth once a year vs ceramics which only last 6 months.

How should the car stop smoking after replacing is it immediately or few days
If this diaphragm is the cause, smoke should stop within the next drive.
If it still smoke what might be the cause because am driving 540i E60 V8.. the smoke is not continuous, when it idles for like 3mins when i drive it releases a white smoke then the smoke is gone again until i stop again on traffic then same problem all over again
Although your symptom sounds like accumulated oil puddle in intake plenum, which burns out during driving and causes smoke, but next step might be might me valve stem seal. Before going further, just be sure the ccv valve is correctly replaced and the plastic casing/cap is bone dry.

Did you delete the ccv? Also, could one tap into the low pressure oil filter return line for any oil that drains to the bottom?

Can you block off the osv pipe and drill a hole into the nipple on the driver side valve cover? And just let it vent to air? I'm getting to much crank case pressure with just the delete plate installed
I think it is the same effect as venting from the OSV pipe. But since you managed to install osv delete plate, crankcase pressure has nowhere to go but seeping through every gaskets and it will create oil leak problems. Instead of just venting into the atmosphere, you'd rather route it back to intake hose between MAF and throttle valve. Good luck

There is no vacuum nipple nor vacuum hose connected to the cap prior to removal.
@@DurianGarage there is a nipple on your old ones. i can see it in the video. the new ones dont have nipples. maybe dont need the hose.
Yes I agree I need an explanation please help my old one both come with a nipple or tip to connect the hose I understand I don’t need it anymore but the. How do I properly replace or remove the vacuum hose
