  Hi Anil. I’m really enjoying your videos. I’ve heard you mention the importance of mindfulness and how meditation can help. I would really like it if you could make an instrumental video about meditation. I’ve tried meditating but never stick with it because I feel I’m bad at it. I feel like that because I can’t achieve an empty mind. I constantly keep thinking of different things. It’s so frustrating.
