This recipe never fails. I always come back to it. I am yearning for Autumn! Yesterday I roasted a pumpkin that I got at the market and put the chunks in a blender with all of these ingredients here, but I omitted the spices because it's hot summer and I wanted bright flavor. I will add the spices when I make one in Autumn or Winter. You should try it in a blender. It's seriously the fastest pie filling I ever made! Am I the only summer pumpkin pie eater here?

Actually just U.S. Americans call this Garlic Aioli. The rest of the world calls it just Aioli, as the definition of aioli is mayo with garlic, so there actually is no Aioli without garlic. That would be called Mayo.

MMMmmm! This looks amazing! I have been looking for straightforward and simple meals and am so excited that I came across your video. I have been trying to help out more around the house and cooking is my thing. This is such a perfect family soup to have with dinner, or on those cold days in the winter! Being in High school, this is something I could easily take in my little soup cup and be filling and tasty! Thank you so much for sharing!

  • @inspiredtaste

Hi there, I am sorry this happened. Was the filling really bubbling before you took it out of the oven and have you allowed the pie to cool completely? The bubbling is necessary for the thickener in the filling to work, and the pie will be runny when it is still warm.
