isnt the push on hips technique illegal? isnt the player who does it awarded a penalty

This is a great outline. More technique detail in a number of these would be helpful. For example (only an example). what angle is best to steer another player, where should hips, shoulders and skate be aligned?

I did this for a grade 10 school project and I only expected it to get maybe 10 views, but there are around 20 thousand now. I am very curious as to how my grade 10 project got this much exposure and how people come across my video.

Yup I'm from Canada! That's 8-rinks in Burnaby Canada. But a bunch of Calan Ice centres look the same as well.
