  Sir, i had taken yhe admission in Some vile parle college in mumbai for MMS and i had cancelled the admission after 6 months due to some financial issue. Now i want to take the admission back but the college is refusing to provide me a transfer certificate. I'm stuck in between

  if the fees are paid and all dues are cleared they cannot legally withheld the current college leaving certificate(considering you have quit) you can take the legal route (considering all other viable negotiations have lapsed)
