  This property is now on auction-very suspicious! It seems like this might be where our tax money is going. I mentioned when I first saw the video that this house seemed excessively expensive. There's another house just up the road, on the same lot size, with 7 bedrooms and fewer additions, selling for 24 million ZAR. This discrepancy raises serious questions about the initial valuation and pricing strategy. PS: I think that this house was owned by Mamkhize.

  The thumbnail says a different price to what's said at the end of the video but overall it's a nice house. Personally I'd negotiate down to R3,785 Million the house does still need extensive work to fully realise it's potentially but the garden is spot on
