Tbh, I'd rather have a clean and uncluttered mothership. These module gimmicks feel way too much like a sims housebuilding game than practical beautiful warships

fps looks pretty rough, the only thing that worries me is their switch from unreal to unity even though dok was in unity, with so much detail on the screen i feel unreal would do better

Love the look of this apart from the first person mode which never works in an rts and the modular ships which are damned ugly because of the massive geometrical modules, which make the scale look out of place. Will there be 3d movement?

Neat. We like ant colection effect of drone mining and salvage. And even this feature may not appear in game but we imaging about one big ship break to multi smaller ships to fight or runaway and re-group to one big ship again after fight.

Great, but ot is to much of a custome stuff for me. It is going to devolve in to online guides for blue prints of best designs. It is going be be a good game, but I would like to see something with set in stone units or something more limited luke earth 2160. All I want is a modern , more advanced in a smart way Homeworld 1 (before remaster in HW2 engine).

Ohhhhh, now when I think about it, you can just add a game mode, where there is limited choice of ships or leave it to players to agree on rules in settings of a map.

I'm so glad to see the legacy of Homeworld carried forward by those who truly appreciate the value of it's mechanical uniqueness. This is not the same, it can not be the same, because an evolution isn't incremental improvement. Between Era One, Sins of a Solar Empire 2 (an iterative improvement it seems) and Falling Frontier, Space RTS is entering a new glorious era.

@@teamcomplex2022 Thank you for reacting. There is a serious gap in the rts genre with co op content imo. I think if the gameplay is good with co op. Like actual strategy between focusing on defense while the other builds up. Then the game would be a very succesfull rts game.
