For fellow Strabismus or any cross eyes friends, i just want to help by sharing my tips : eye training and changing glasses. i have cross eyed since toddler and i can finally keep my eye straight for most of my days in my 20s. The younger u start the vision therapy, the better the result will be. If u let it untrained, it does get worst. If u are unable to access visual therapy, what u can do at home is closing one of your eye while u do your day and switch to the other eye every 30 mins. U can watch a movie, or watch vision therapy videos on youtube. Make sure u focus on your opened eye. Doctors recommend eyepatches but u can hold it with hand if u are unable to purchase one. Use your prescription glasses to help your eyes focus while doing this. If u feel demotivated because u arent sure how to keep your eye straight, go to the mirror. Stand 50cm from the mirror, and look straight into your own respective eyes. The closer u get, the easier it will be. But try to progressively stand farther while maintain your eye looking straight. 1 major thing that helps me, is CHANGING THE FOCUS POINT of my glasses. Try to find glasses shop that understand how to treat crossed eyes. These glasses are much comfortable to use and encourage my crossed eye to focus properly while cosmetically looking straight. “But the urge to see clearly is bigger”. Those who tried will notice your area of vision are shorter when u are on “straight looking mode”. Yes because u need to focus on a closer sight point. And it is hard to maintain that mode. But it WILL GET EASIER the more u train, and please the glasses (oh my the glasses will helps A LOT). GOODLUCK and BIG HUGS EVERYBODY! Hope this helps a few of u. It does take months to see big progresses and u still need to hold the straight eye mode manually through the years. But it gey easier and definitely helps with my confidence level.

No wonder my dyslexia suddenly came up out of nowhere and then kept getting worse. 🤔 I've lost count of how many times people have hit me in the head over the years bruh....and bad headaches-YUP. I've also got super bad light sensitivity and am totally debilitated as a result of that and the migraines they give me. I got a RightEye test and they said my results show that I've had a concussion. But bruh I just wonder how many at this point 😅....life is rough man...

Hi, I can tell you from experience that they tend to hype this up a lot. I did a course of VT (32 sessions over about a year), and yes I can pull them in some times, but its not perfect like she says in the video. I have exotropia and sometimes when I pull them in I do get it in the correct spot but that is at best 50% of the time. The other 50% i give myself esotropia. What Im trying to say is VT may help slightly, I mean I feel better that I have it in the right spot sometimes but VT is also quite pricey like $6500 for those 32 sessions and 4 doc visits. And hey if her eyes were so perfect why did they have her talk from a side angle?

hmmm??? opthalmologist when i was a kid they say, my eye problem is in born(from birth) myopia to extreme myopia, and ever since cross eye vision often occurs, and now I'm 38 y/o strabismus on my left eye is in very bad condition, i can still read on my right eye at extremely cse dstance, like the paper is sticking to my face but depends on the size of the text, i stopped relying on refraction eyeglasses and contact lenses coz it gives me headaches and dizziness, considered near blind state and needs strabismus surgery plus lens implant, heck we cannot pay for the expenses, there are 3 of us siblings in this condition all in-born. CAN NATURAL THERAPY STILL FIX THIS OR THE RISKY SURGERY THAT MAY CAUSE ME PERMANENT BLINDNESS??! PLS HELP

its almost amazing what can be fixed(there still permanent maladies) in todays medical world. Your eyes are your signature facial feature. nose, teeth, hair, hearing. when youre eyes are off, it takes serious work as an adult. hopefully in time, its an easier fix.
