  I build freqcency converters. Normaly people do not know what it is good for and where you need it. But i think if this Lift had a variable frequency drive, you could set it to 20% speed and the guy would have made it at the third try.

  That t bar looks insane. I've never seen one. I've seen the button lift and magic carpet bit not that. It looks like it would hurt you

  the Tbar is much easier. Also, of you go on the T together with a skier, it's much easier. The Person in the video needs lessons!!! Riding a draglift is not difficult at all!

  I hate t-bars/ button lift!!! I did it once with ski & snowboard & promised myself never ever to use a t-bar/button lift again. I hate those things. Maybe this year I try again. But normally I look out for a route without t-bars/button lifts.

  You do need basic skating skills to handle t-bars....its usually beginners who have no one-foot control that mess up and fall. I immediately got it on my first t-bar, which was the longest in North America( (shout out Murray Ridge)....the funniest thing I've ever seen was my friend being dragged upside down on her head up the Blackcomb Glacier t-bar because she didnt want to let go!
