The problem with second shoots is that for a new photographer, no experienced photographer wants to take a shot at you. Pun intended ☺️
Yeah, I think the trick here is to not ask a photographer that is SUPER far ahead of you to second shoot for them. Find someone a year or two ahead. You do have to have some gear and some portfolio of course!

When you say import template and export template, what exactly does that mean?
When you bring photos into Lightroom you can have them go through an import preset template and export settings can also be saved as templates. You can mass apply settings essentially so you don’t need to do it manually

Typically the photographer keeps the RAW and delivers an edited high res JPEG. Depends on the agreement of course - but I always deliver a gallery of jpegs for weddings

Hello. Thank you for sharing the apps you use. Why do you use Honeybook over Unscripted for the overlapping functions, like planning and emails? Unscripted has so many powerful features that are redundant to Honeybook. Why do you mainly view unscripted as a posing/promots app? Thank you📸🌞

How do these impact your minimum focus distance/infinity? Like could you leave this on your lens full time? Let's use 85mm as an example. They usually have a minimum focus distance of around 3ft, could you effectively reduce that and still maintain normal functionality of the lens?
No, you can’t kept them on the lens and still use the lens like you normally would (I’m pretty sure that’s what you mean here!)

I just now discovered this video and man! It is helping me so much. I did a Pinterest inspiration board. From that, I know what my preferred color palette is as well as the mood of imagery: soft, whispy, with lots of layers starting with a defined foreground and throughout to higher objects behind my subjects. I like neutral beiges with pops of pinks, purples or burgandy, but just a hint of them. I then went back through the past few years and grabbed my own images that seem to convey this style and put them into a folder on my desktop. I then brought these into LR and oh my! Looking at them all in one place made my heart sing! I can see that now I need to work on my color, location and clothing styles for better consistency. I plan to use LRs "reference" feature to try to re-edit the raws on some of these to practice for consistency. I also love. your idea of sticking with just ONE BW preset and one color one. That has been my issue for so long now. I've been relying too heavily on actions and presets and just experimenting. It is thwarting me from learning now to do this on my own. Thank you, Joy!

Issue or major bug with LR Classic 2023. User's presets. Unable to get it working or set the parameters, and unable to display the submenu files settings (types TIFF, JPG etc.). I can only export to low quality JPG and DNG from LR presets. Must then import the DNG in a software as Darktable, and go on the right exportations ... What I miss??? Used to work for 10 thousands of pics with a previous (old) LR ...
