    Do you know any books that will teach the actual content for the English section? I don’t need just practice questions and explanations for that specific questions but I need a book literally teaches me English

    Thanks for commenting, Purval. To be honest, I am not sure about the best resource to learn English. My guess is that reading as many books (for fun) as you can is the best way.

    Hi Prabhathiya. I think it depends on the program. However, I would guess that most do not because the ones that I am familiar with (Math, Applied Math, Stat) only have Fall intake. Good luck ayye

    Hi Sid, thanks for the question. You don't have to talk to any professors at the schools that you are applying to. You can go to the website for biostatistics phd for the schools that you want to apply to and see their application process, which usually includes a personal statement, transcripts, and letters of recommendation.     @@dhruvsharma1719 Personally, I haven't used the Princeton Review. I did a quick online check, and it seems that some people feel that it helped them. It seems that online, some people say they prefer some of the materials in this video instead. I think overall, the materials in this video are probably more popular. Hope that helps!

    Hi, I will be taking the GRE exam in 2 months and my plan isnto study from the official ETS books and solve problems and do pr qs. Do you think this is a good strategy? Anything more i should do if I want a 330 plus?

    Hi Ekaksh, I think that this is a good strategy. As long as you don't run out of practice questions, this should work well!

    Hi Aiden, sorry for the late reply! Coaching may probably not be necessary, but she will probably have to a lot of practice problems! I think the GRE Physics exam can be quite challenging.     Thanks for watching, Atiq. The Magoosh Preparation is very thorough. It's a very good preparation material. Gregmat is also a really great preparation plan that offers incredibly high value. I haven't personally tried Gregmat but I have never heard a negative thing about it. Hope this helps.

    Hi Mahesh, I would try to solve each of the questions, section by section and then check the answers. If you feel unfamiliar with the material, you can read the information they give about the sections before they have the questions to get a better understanding. Hope that helps!     Thanks for your reply see i am basically using 3 books 1) ETS The official Guide to GRE . So this book is for concept and pr q. 2) Manhatern 5 l.b Book. So in this book the pr q which are given so can you tell me that how much q will be asked in gre exam from this book? 3) Magoosh GRE Prep.     @@MaheshPaul-xr7gv 1) Yes. 2) I'm not sure what you mean. The GRE Exam won't have any exact questions from any of the books, but the questions will be similar to the ones in these books. 3) You can start with 3 and if you finish those problems, go to 1. Hope that helps!

    @@MaheshPaul-xr7gv There are only 82 questions on the actual GRE, which will hopefully be pretty similar to the ones that you practice in the Manhattan 5lb book. I think that you might want to do more than just the Magoosh Prep book because it doesn't have a lot of questions.

    Fantastic and informative video as always Sithija! I’m currently still in undergrad, but I’m planning on going to grad school to get into Machine Learning. From your experience, how’s Cornell’s ML department?

    Thanks for kicking it with me for so long, Nyle! Machine Learning is a great area to pursue for graduate studies. Some schools have their own machine learning department (like CMU), but most schools have machine learning programs within the Computer Science department. Cornell's program is within Computer Science, and I believe it is very strong. There are also statisticians who work on the theory of machine learning problems. Hope that helps!

    Hey Njalan, I personally didn't use Gregmat, but I have heard that it is a really great resource. I don't think that I have heard anyone who tried it say that they didn't think it was worth. Hope that helps!
