24:20 If you right click a node, there is the option to "refresh node" which will make it show new options, no need to restart.
As I have a bunch of interiors made, decided to make a different loot spawner that is just an array of locations that are selected at random (having the actor be at world 0 so I didn't need to mess around with converting the local vectors to world). These tutorials are very good, best for multiplayer i've seen.
Really insightfull tutorial UI management is a topic I haven't seen much about especially when it comes to multiplayer and its nuances. Keep up the awesome!
Please help. Enhanced input mapping can work fine when run gameplay map directly with listen server mode. But it can not work when transmitting from a lobby map to he gameplay map using session. Can u show me some hints to solve this?
set input mode to game only in local controller saved my life ^^

I ran into a stupid issue, Left Chop does not seem to be working for me. I had to use Get Substring and do a start index and length before it would work. Do you know if this is an issue in the new version?
For some reason, everything works on my end, except when I create a session and it spawns in the player, the keyboard and mouse inputs are not recognized. Anyone else with the issue or has any ideas on how to solve? @Kekdot
Just wanted to ask, why you didn't connect the Player Array For Each Loop to any event?

Great tutorial! And loving the series and information you are putting out. Just a minor heads up: For me, Left Chop was not working towards the end (for a reason I have not deciphered yet), so I used GetSubstring and it works as a valid substitute.
idk if im just retarded or my unreal just broken but when i press play they widgets dont show up at all and cant find any info on why or what im doing wrong :(

@Kekdot Could you please make an EOS but blueprint version. There are none that work on the asset store. I have tried them. I tried to use cpp, but unreal documentation sucks.. it tells you what it is not how to set it up. Ty

For those experiencing issues with the player count not decreasing when a player disconnects, here's the solution I found: The issue was that "GeNumPlayerStates" wasn't decreasing. Online searches suggested it was an Unreal Engine issue that required a change in C++, but that wasn't necessary. Here's what I did: 1. In the blueprint interface "BPI_GameState," I added a boolean variable called "IsConnected" to the "NotifyPlayerConnection" event. 2. In the GameMode, I set "IsConnected" to true in the "OnPostLogin" event (which indicates a player is connected) and to false in the "OnLogout" event. 3. In the GameState, I used the "NotifyPlayerConnection" event with the "IsConnected" boolean. I added a branch to check if "IsConnected" is true or false, then incremented or decremented the "currentAmountPlayer" accordingly (increase if true, decrease if false). That's it! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Does anyone know why serverTravel does not work on dedicated servers with fluid travel activated and maps added to the compiler. It only happens in UE5 versions

if i dont want to advertise the server if the match started should i update the session? when the match started? cant seem to see the join in progress to set
also take note you should be in LAN not wifi or else setup direct connect box and use URL when connects
I have a question for instance pubg has a find match thingy so whenever they find match it will create pubg dedicated server to connect with? coz it should be official server right? not on client i wonder how can you automate this kind of things on aws or other server clouds, and it is expensive if you prepare 100 dedicated server for everyone without a player so i think like RGC stuff like on dota or probably csgo i hope you have solution in that case since your example/topic is battle royale
