My dad was on Iwo Jima, and he had _'a nose'_ for picking out other Marines. Once he found them, young or old, he would talk their ear off for hours if allowed the time (which was usually the case).

Hey Sam. Jared Grover here. I hope you're doing well. Did you end up getting a full video of the funeral with all the parts that didn't make it into the stream because of the connection? If you don't know worries. I just thought I'd ask because I missed a bunch due to the connection. Thanks for getting even this much up for us that are living too far away to make it. Bless you.

Hey Jared. There were a couple backup recordings, thankfully. I was simply hosting the live-stream here on the channel, not actually producing or filming it, so I'll get back to you as soon as I find out when one of the recordings are available!

I still hum to “river life” song to this day and I’m 22. (I’m Jessica moore *Turner*) I remember going to this camp with my twin and river of life camp and Sue made our summers a blast, even after we went into foster care, Sue and the camp were there for us, I may not have known Sue these last few years but when I saw the news this week that she had gone to be with the Lord, all my camp and church memories came flooding back, Prayers for comfort for the family but like a young lady said today if we are in Christ this isn’t goodbye it’s until we meet again ❤️

I need advice. I've been tapped to sing this solo in our Christmas program. I'm not a regular soloist. I can't even make it through the first 4 phrases without losing it. So many friends, so many people in this shape. Any suggestions would be well received. Thanks and God Bless.

The words are certainly powerful in this song! I’m sure many people will be blessed by your solo! My advice would be to keep practicing and pray that the Lord gives you strength! It sometimes helps to tap your foot or focus on something else (like looking directly above people’s heads) if it’s hard to get through the song.
