  I'm late to the party but here's what I'm stuck with When starting the game, Luffy is at his most basic form, got 3 special moves and full-force brust (I assume in this form Luffy can hit harder and definatly faster) As the game progress, unlocking more skill and special moves ( I just realised that you can customise special moves), 2nd gear and 3rd is imminent available, when (I might be wrong here) I used 2nd gear, does luffy have a new set of special moves ? can they be customised ? I notice that the more skills I unlock for luffy, all of his normal moves change too, how can i control this ? This is me coming from traditional dynasty warriors, orichi warriors game where this is much easier to learn (character start with basic moves, more levels means extra moves added to orignal combo) Thanks a bunch for reading

  Ok so if I'm understanding right the answer you're looking for is that gear 2 does have new moves and every gear besides gear 4: snake man (I don't count gear 3 because they're just attacks) can't have customized move sets and even that is just the fact that snake man has locked moves at first. Luffy's normal attacks change as you go from pre time skip to time skip and as you upgrade them. And if you're talking about changing the moves themselves and not the move set then you know something I don't.

  The only way you can change is when go choose personage,click square boton in luffy,then shoose the vestement with black jeans.automatic super attacks gonna change and can use gear 2.

  Yes,you Just have to change the luffy skin for the one with black jeans, and then the super atacks automaticaly change and you get Gear 2 hability,then you can put Gear 4 in habilities in special move set.hope i can Help u
