There's no need for any letter.
@@NoellaInLife really? But in there website they say : A free-form application letter (request) for legalisation of the document, including the state in which it is to submit the legalised
@haytamdarklight8982 you need migris confirmation code + authenticated police certificate only. Write the school if you have any concerns

When submitting my application form for a visit visa on the Lithuania website as a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo. What documents will i have to provide already certified and translated? Are they require also birth certificate ? And police clearance too?
@bronsonmpoyo6800 visit visa is different from TRP process. You will submit in the language that the VFS people use. I don't know your location
