I find that with Calgary as a city overall to be honest! I am in Vancouver and I wish we were as welcoming! I am! Love your channel!
Thanks Christine! Calgary's friendliness was one of the reasons we moved to Calgary many years ago! Watermark really does have so much to offer and it's on Calgary's NW border so the amenities are right at your doorstep.
I love the design of the "castle" BUT it would be much appreciated IF it's surrounded by spacious greenery rather than being sandwiched in between 2 houses.
A pretty house, but it looks (from the arial images), as if was wedged in between the neighbouring homes. The confining proximity to those other structures makes this beatiful home a non-starter for my tastes.

It's all a matter of perspective - the lot sizes are typical for this area. Put that same home on an inner-city Calgary lot and the price would skyrocket and you would be even closer to your neighbours.

Agreed that it is more challenging for home-buyers with the limited inventory and increase in prices than it used to be, but there are options for detached homes that are priced far less than this home.

$1.3M in Calgary! 700-800K should have been great for something like this. why I won't go to Ottawa or Waterloo at this cost?? Would be near to GTA as well
